The bolt does blow back, and lock up too… and mag prime- which it really doesnt need thanks to it having a worm drive spring mag- which actually holds an impressive amount of gels!

Sounds like it might be a Sten worth looking at. 
Might pick one up after I pay for all the fillings that shook loose from pulling the trigger on Beemer’s all those months ago.

I am going to try and get more ready through the week, this shipment and the support from everyone caught me off guard a bit, thank you to all who patiently waited… and for the other blasters that will be ready in the coming weeks please keep being patient

Regarding what gels for the Uzi
i gave mine a coat of paint and then clear coat…
helps to remove the " nylon look"… and make it look a bit more “metal / real”
Paint done.
A coat of Dymark flat black, and some TS-79 semi gloss to seal it.
Hard to see under the inside lighting, but it does remove the nylon-ish look from it.
Now, lets see about that swivel…

Can confirm the XYL APC-9K is a very nice little blaster. Just a spring upgrade can get you very decent performance.
my Uzi arrived today, sent Monday, arrived today so points for decent delivery speed
