Sydney is the real trouble , customs wise.
If it lands in Brisbane (the state where gel is legal), it has a much smoother run.
Does your system, guarantee landing in Brisbane.?

You’ve raised a crucial point. Sydney customs can indeed be challenging, which is exactly why we’ve developed a specialized shipping solution.
Our dedicated sensitive goods air freight channel maintains a consistently high success rate through Brisbane clearance.
While we cannot provide absolute guarantees, we can confidently state that Brisbane clearance is by far the most probable outcome. We’ve consistently successfully delivered blasters to Australian customers through this method.
Yes, but would still require the buyer to secure the B709a prior to shipment though… regardless of point of entry. It wouldn’t get through Brisbane Customs and Border Force without it.
Aside from our resident B709a afficionado @BME ain’t nobody got time for that.
I’ve got some tac gear hung up in customs for a few weeks now. Can’t even get vests and holster parts in without a hassle. Probably because they are coming from Sinairsoft on Ali
I picked the Safariland M92 holster up from Armoured Heaven back when the SKD M92 came out
Well , this mcx rattler is nice , first time seeing it i can say tiangong now did a upgrade if we compare this to arp9 v4 or pdx by wd . ambidextrous selector and mag latch ( idk about the selector switch ) spring magazine , other features which we find on higher ends now combine with all-nylon budget friendly . this is really nice for beginners / mediocre players to use these as cqb loadouts
“Mediocre players” ? As opposed to what?
Special Forces / Delta operators /SASR?
C’mon, man… this is gelsoft, they’re all toys… we’re all mediocre.
I resent that. I aspire to be average. Just your average overweight old gel ball playing fart. here’s to average mediocrity
Really appreciate the detailed feedback! You’ve nailed exactly what we were excited about with this release. You’re right on the money – Tien Gong really stepped up their game here. Packing features like the fully ambidextrous controls (and yes, the selector switch is ambi too! ) If you (or anyone else reading) ever want to get your hands on one to see for yourselves, feel free to DM me! We’d be happy to help.
The special sensitive hotline is confidential for the carrier and can ensure normal customs declaration and smooth clearance.
I don’t even know what that means, and I’m not sure I want to.
We’ve had a few international retailers offering us methods of shipment that get around import regs… it usually doesn’t go down well with the community.
Whilst it is, for lack of a better term, retarded, that we require a b709a even when importing directly into a state where gel blasters are legal and not classified as firearms, it’s best to do it 100% the legal way to avoid any issues with shipping as well as so it doesn’t put more pressure on a sport where it’s banned in every other state and there are still plenty of Karen’s in Qld that would love for them to be banned here too. So I believe it’s best to not play with fire and put the sport at risk, import the legal way through the legal channels we’ve been provided and everyone’s happy
Except @bme when he gets his b709a and they still try to seize it and he has to appeal their decision before he can receive his purchase
You are 100% correct. The B709a is a non-negotiable requirement from Australian Border Force, no matter the port of entry. That’s the absolute rule, and we would never suggest otherwise. We appreciate you keeping the discussion accurate – it’s a critical point for everyone to understand!
I like a challenge…
I completely understand and agree with your perspective. Adhering to the laws and regulations of the destination country is an absolute priority. Acting recklessly could lead to a sudden increase in the number of players locally, and misuse by a few individuals might cause authorities to develop a negative stance toward gel blaster activities, ultimately affecting everyone.
Regarding logistics, based on my cooperation model with the carrier, I am required to declare all details truthfully and accurately—including product name, material, quantity, value, and HS code. They provide a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which is a standard practice in the industry here in China. This process simplifies procedures in the sense that the recipient does not need to prepare customs clearance documents themselves. Similarly, it may streamline the requirement for the recipient to apply for an import permit directly via https://firearms.ag.gov.au/.
Therefore, I want to transparently explain: what we offer is a compliant customs clearance solution based on professional logistics cooperation, not a way to bypass regulations. The carrier leverages its qualifications and established trust with local customs to handle such sensitive goods in bulk under pre-declared arrangements, ensuring all processes operate within the legal framework. Essentially, this is a recognized trade facilitation measure.
That said, we must respect each consumer’s personal judgment regarding risk. If this raises any uncertainty or concern among players, we strongly and sincerely encourage Australian players to prioritize purchasing gel blasters from authorized local dealers. Supporting local business and enjoying complete peace of mind are equally important. Our intention is simply to offer an additional option for enthusiasts who seek cross-border access, but we never want any customer to feel uneasy or assume risk because of it.
Love the attitude! Hahaha
@Clickcrack it’s just we’ve been through this shit before and nekkminit there’s a bunch of whining purchasers with no blaster and the dealer which is you in this case goes radio silent with the money.
And that’s not only from Australia too my friend.
@Maiphut I totally get where you’re coming from – that’s beyond frustrating, and honestly, it gives all of us in the industry a bad name. No one should have to go through that.
Since we just launched in May, building a reliable reputation is everything to us. If something goes wrong (like a lost or seized shipment), we make it right. Full stop.
You also made a really good point about some dealers using payment methods like Shopify Payments, where buyers often have to negotiate refunds directly with the seller – that adds even more risk.
That’s exactly why we only accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. Both platforms offer strong buyer protection, so if anything ever does go sideways, you have the option to file a dispute through your bank or PayPal directly to get your money back. You’re never left without options.
We’re here to do things differently. Happy to chat more if you have any questions.
