These came Friday, via a trial shipping method in VERY low quantity. Actually at time of writing there is one left! If it’s you buying it, an awesome customer that didn’t want his drum has offered to throw in the drum to make it a full package!
And it’s gone while I write this… Wow. Can’t make it up!

I am currently restricted to review videos, so have one!
Review videos normally entail me buying the blaster, or using a blaster that has come in for an upgrade prior to work being done.
On that note, a huge thanks goes to @BME for this one!
I can’t really do my normal tech work videos now, I can only really show before and after which doesn’t suit me as I am not really (try not to be at least) a dick swinger.
That said, review videos typically are expensive for me as I am normally buying the blasters reviewed, and some older review videos of mine contained information so they have been removed.
Thanks to the legislation of imports, we lost far more than we made in the 6 months of AKgelblasterAU’s existence, so for now I am just doing what I can to get back into the black.

Anyway, i’d like to test the “Alternative Metal Rod stock”…
But, it wont come off my other sten…too tight fitting
I suspect the metal rod stock would need some fettling to fit…which would then make it looser, to get it on/off … and then wobbly…
But, I reckon the original was probably wobbly too…or , it varied on each one made.!!
These were good, for value / price point…

On a side note, the mag on my M110 is not working/ feeding.
Ive tried a 9v test battery, with alfoil to build up the recessed mag contacts, but no joy…
Looks like the mag doesn’t come apart easily…base looks to be glued on.
Had any of your mags apart yet.? or issues with them…

I have not had much testing with mine and it’s mags as the thing is a mongrel. Yours came together well and easy… mine has been an arswhole every step of the way. Because gel I guess?
Long story short waiting on a mosfet to arrive to get the trigger working properly. It was heavily used in stock form and it has just led to get ride of the trigger block and cut off lever as it hasn’t played nice with aftermarket parts, and the stock ones are too far worn.
I do recall yours having a terminal wire break, check the terminals are getting power with a multimeter if you can?
Was going to comment an hour ago, but switched to YouTube to watch your video to allow me to like and comment, then got sidetracked with rewatching some of your older videos again!
Great idea doing some reviews and I’m sure that there’s plenty of people able to help out with a few little gems.
A good way of keeping things ticking over until we get some legal clarity on things.

Well, a couple of APC-9Ks on the bench this weekend!
One for a customer, hopup barrel, seals and spring with a touch of reshim.
While at it did mine too- it’s only been on my to do list for 8 months! Same treatment but with SHS gears and a brushless motor. Both came up well, and there will be a video at some point.
Speaking of videos, working on the finishing touches on the Draco review, then on to the upgrade video… Which might be a little different to what you were used to but I am just doing what I can!
I have had some positive news on videos side, but still will be playing it safe until I get some more information and feedback, but it’s looking positive.
Planned to have the first video out this long weekend and then got called in to work for Easter Sunday and Monday as everyone else was away, so will try for a classic Friday arvo release!

If I could help I would but I’ve done as much I can since last year, there is nothing left for me to do. Bit over it tbh with all the other problems going on that are none of my fault or doing. Pissed me off when I got blamed for using all the fuel. Fine, starve then, see if I care.
Diss heartens you a bit after all the work you put in, some similarities to your efforts.
I plan forward, with the real information I get, skip the bs on msm and aim for those goals. So far it’s working
Oh there will be swearing… it is more the information will be dialled back and or out, though anyone with a bit of an idea will get what they need from it- I’ll be skirting the lines and having fun with it somehow!
I feel for you, as the grandson of a lifetime farm owner and sole operator, and many friends in the same position- I have seen the endless hours, no days off, and seasons in a row of losses, while the government cares more for some white collar business and property developer more than the basic food production and future of the farms and farmers; they just do not get it.
Only thing keeps me going is I like working with animals and the outdoors, bit of machinery use etc. It’s great when things come together right. Things go wrong randomly but you work it out fix em and keep going.
