The LDT and E&C Grenade Launchers accepts almost all kind of 40mm grenade (thats why it is more expensive)

yes, the gel blaster grenade launchers is the same as a airsoft grenade launchers , so no modification is needed.
This is a airsoft grenade launcher directly import from overseas no modification is needed and accepts all kind of 40mm grenade except DB
