that’s that language barrier at work
TacEdge where selling those CYMA kits for $75AUD a couple of years ago
I think cyma m4’s retail for about or around 99 usd here, so 38 from direct is crazy to see. I’m betting these are the manufacturers.
UPDATE: found a store they have online, doesn’t inspire the most confidence (but more than the original site, granted ). However, I think made-in-china is reputable, I’ve seen some videos on it being an Alibaba alternative. Here’s the site: https://nb-mega.en.made-in-china.com I think the sample prices on some of these are the same price as the actual guns. I’ll try to purchase a few of them and let y’all know.
I mean the gel blaster sites I keep seeing have to get their stuff from somewhere, right? This might be it, and if you can but direct from them without needing a middleman…
although do you think they’d understand to not send anything until you get a bf109 permit in aus? To my understanding you wouldn’t need the permit for anything other than a full gell blaster or a receiver. Also, how long does it take for something to arrive from china to Australia?
they also sell metal dice… ?
Quite the selection of magazines on the Ningbo site, handy to bookmark. Got a lot of mags that are not available in Aus.
excerpt from my enquiries response,
“shipping by sea, express only accept MOQ of 1CBM per order shipping.”
1000kg minimum order, yikes
Ngl I read that ICBM at first
That’s like 200 or so average sized blasters worth.
oof. I’ll send a inquiry in a day and see what happens. If they can only sell a ton by express, you think they can sell a single blaster individually the long way?
man, I guess too good to be true unless you can buy samples on the made in china site.
Receiving goods direct from China to Australia is a major lottery most of the time.
There’s a massive difference depending upon where you live in Australia due to the massive distances that Australia Post Service then has to complete the delivery to your door once your parcel has arrived in the country.
I’ve seen anything from 3 weeks to almost 6 months, depending upon the method of shipment the retailer uses.
Yet I could get stuff from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Phillipines to Western Australia in less than 7 days!
Only because they didn’t have to go through Sydney/Melbourne and then across the whole country to get to me!
This is why there’s such a massive industry in drop shipping/storage warehouses here of a LOT of Chinese imported products, that can be delivered in less than a week from local stockpiles.
This is where it obviously pays to buy from Australian retailers, for stock availability, fast delivery, after sales support and parts etc. rather than trying to order direct ourselves.
the way that listing reads appears to be a minimum quantity of one…
odd that on made in china they appear to sell individually but not on their website
maybe that website is their wholesale site and they use MIC as their public store.
I guess it checks out, they have a much smaller range of products on this store
Maybe I’m blind, but I don’t see any cyma m4’s even though they have the scar L, mp5, and g36
First time posting here or any forum to be honest. I know it’s a little late I don’t know much about blasters even though iv been playing with them for about 30yrs but the last couple of days your posts have helped me not throw this DB AK at the shop I purchased it from although I still might so thanks. I do know a bit about importing though and the markup is on some items 10 fold + when hitting Australia due to what’s called INCOTerms. In short it means shipping costs and who pays what and there’s plenty to it having 10 or so methods. In short ensure the seller sends it DDP. Not any other way unless you have an importers license than no need to read this. The permit required for blasters maybe answered by the seller but do your own research also as heavy fines and imprisonment is a world standard. Hope that helped. Alibaba & Made in China would be your main platform. Remember DDP
Depends on the value of the item too. DDP you mean Delivery Duty Paid.
Some trouble can happen when the dollar value fluctuates and it goes over the limits of declaration.
Great information for us common folk.
Good luck with your DB AK, you can ask any questions about it as there are many helpful people here that will give you advice as to what is wrong and try help you out.
I’ve done a few double bell AKs now, they are usually pretty good and don’t give much issue.
What’s going on with it?
