I’m sure WAT will let you fondle their wares lovingly when they get their stock in, BME.
Otherwise there’d be no point in advertising them

WAT replied to request on FB? that the M2 mag will fit, but not a good fit
I guess the M2 will be from King Arms, the mag will fit M1 but the M2 mag will be green gas . M2 can fire full auto
I didn’t ask on fb….
Maybe they read it on here…
When we prepare the shipment, we will pick the latest and the best version for sure.
Awesome
Definitely keen on at least one of those with the light up silencer, would be twice as keen if there’s a tracer version that simulates muzzle flash as well as charges the glow gels.
Cannot wait, so keen for a tec-9
Is that Tech N9ne playing with himself?
It sure is
Anyone keen on the new xyl arp556? I am tempted, but looking at the price I’m not sure whether it would make more sense to just spend a little more and get something like one of the cyma platinum m4’s like this
What’s everyone’s thoughts? I’m not clear whether the cyma has a mosfet actually, not much technical detail there.
The CYMA’s are pretty good units and @RokSolid swears by their metal gearboxes, so it’s just up to which one tickles your fancy the most!
The 556 will obviously be smaller and much lighter than the metal CYMA though, with 1.1V capabilities, MOSFET and high fire rate … whereas the CYMA is recommended for 7.4V … so depending on your game style, that might be a better choice.
Thanks Doc! I did see it was coming standard with a 11.1v and the fact it will be lighter is a big plus. You convinced me lol. I’ll just have to wait till an Aussie retailer has it onshore.
i have an XYL ARP9 and its great quality plastic and functions well. Havent chronod it, but would be around 300fps OOTB.
Same, still got mine and needed to do nearly zero to it besides a worn out o ring here and there. Fit and finish is top notch Best no fuss otb blaster I ever purchased hands down.
X-Force still have them with some bits and pieces. I think I bought the drum mag for mine. Maybe I didnt?? … FOMO!! Better order one.
@DocBob has my opinion covered, hard to go wrong with a metal cyma. Good out of the box, amazing once you upgrade them and they really handle upgrades well, still the toughest stock gearbox on the market I have seen.
Xyl arp9 was a pretty solid nylon blaster. I couldn’t “gel” with the 9mm mag so I sold mine… but they take a good beating of upgrades too.
Depends where you are really, don’t think ihobby ship overseas, and to best of my knowledge all the metal cymas came to Australia and are no longer in production…
In Australia no retailer has stock of the xyl556… yet.
Xyl are solid units. One of the best nylon blasters and gearbox. I believe the ETU has been improved in later arp9s and the 556. I would like to see the 556 here, they look good and address of he small mag issue of arp9 imo.
As for cyma metal blasters, whatever looks best. The “platinum” cymas are just cyma platinum bodies, there gearbox is the same as standard cyma metals.
In Airsoft the cyma platinum meant you got CNC 13:1 gears short 4 teeth, a basic ETU and a high torque motor… shame this didn’t carry to gel but the metal boxes are all good, can be great with upgrades though!
So, at the least, that M14 that WAT is getting is an AEG, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Gas is still my preferred, but AEGs might make it more affordable.
Those mag capacities were my only complaint about the various XYL/HLF ARP’s and WELL PDW 9mm type Blasters in my collection.
I had another WELL’s with the 556 sized mag, which was much better for capacity, but had to purchase MANY spare mags for the 9mm types.
Cheers for your opinions and can definitely recommend the CYMA metal boxes from your comments, as well as having a good knowledge about the newer ARP9 products.
Yep got a couple of drums for mine and they are hassle free and more volume when you get sick of being mr tactical reloads and just want to hose mfkers
Just my 2 cents. gel blasters made by airsoft manufacturers like CYMA E&C will give you a better performance( 300+FPS) in general, metal in and out. While gel blasters made by gel blaster manufacturers give you more features like MOSFET pre-installed, Mag prime, blowback etc with mid performance (250-300 FPS). It’s because the airsoft manufacturers are approved and hence more flexible in export high power and more realistic replicas than the gel blaster manufacturers.
You can think about what you look for, and choose the one you want.
Thanks @AKgelblaster, solid advice. There are a few blasters I’d actually love to buy from your store, but I’m not keen on the import license and potentially still getting over zealous ABF agents still seizing anyway…has that happened to anyone here?
