Unfortunately, im not joking.
A member of my dental university cohort is going through hell.
Their 5 year old son has medulloblastoma, and needs proton therapy, over in USA.
Of course, everything is shutting down over xmas.
They have set up a gofund me, to try to self fund, as they dont have 6 weeks to wait for various govt depts approval.
Absolutely genuine, they are on a current affair tonight.
Any donations would be gratefully appreciated.

Had a really good mate and his missus go through a similar thing with their Daughter, with treatment only available in the USA and very little help/support from the Australian Medical Association or the Government 
Don’t have two cents to rub together myself, but will chip in as much as I can next pay to help the family out.
Hope they get all the help and support they need and have a good outcome for the young fella

The biggest thing, is attention, in a short period of time.
I’m trying to share it as much as possible, to raise public attention to the cause.
They have a narrow window of opportunity, time wise…
I’ve shared on the work pilots forum, some have donated there…
I was meant to mention that you are doing a great job by sharing their cause as much as possible.
As I don’t have television, I wouldn’t have seen any of those media reports that you shared.
