Good stuff. I’ve done similar before getting a small bike oil filter from the US. It was about the size of an egg and weighed nothing yet they wanted $80 postage. I emailed them and they said sure no worries hows $30 for Australia sound, sold.
A lot have a generic postage cost up, pays to contact the retailer if it seems excessive.
I’ll still have a go, with the 3d printed baseplates.
They are suppossed to “clip into” existing mags, and do the whole 1 piece extended mag thing…
I.e. they clip onto the base of the mag, and rely on the mags retention clip to hold everything in.
Lets see if they fit onto the modified SW mags…which dont have a mechanical wind up mechanism…
