Here we have an oldie but unfortunately not a goodie, unless you’re just after a wall hanger.
It has piss poor performance, when you can manage to get it to actually shoot that is. Apparently they were pretty dismal straight out of the box, and the only video I could find on it was in an Asian dialect, couldn’t find any other information on upgrading performance whatsoever, aside from Google AI’s way wrong information talking about GBB upgrades that obviously don’t apply to a spring powered gel blaster
What am I talking about when it comes to how it performs?
Pump, pull trigger…
No gel
Pump, pull trigger…
No gel
x10 maybe you’ll get two to shoot out
Then it’s back to pumping going nowhere
(as it’s a double barrel setup which is interesting and probably why it performs so badly FPS wise, poor seal. Other than that I believe it’s a feeding issues due to its design which is pretty spun out)
Most likely you’ll just sit there pumping it and pulling the trigger all day with the occasional pair of gels firing out, bit disappointing so I decided to pull it apart to have a look inside to see if there is anything that can be done to improve on its performance, not that I’m an expert in these matters but i figured it’s worth a look since I only paid $10 for it second hand
Firstly, it’s waaaaay greasy, and it almost seems as if it’s been submurged in water and not left to dry properly as besides the grease and oil, mine literally seems to have traces of water all through it ![]()
Good old second hand market ![]()
Internally it doesn’t seem much different to Hanke m97, operating with a fairly similar principle, minus the fact it’s magazine loaded not “hopper fed” like the m97 and it’s double barrel design, which I think was it’s downfall
It has a decent sized aluminium cylinder and vented piston head so you would think it would perform better than it does when it does actually shoot, then again, pretty weak air seal at the T piece as far as I can tell
The spring it comes with is pretty chunky, next to an m90 it’s slightly longer, I would hazard to guess it’s either an m95 or m100
The spring next to an m90
