Hey everyone,
Looking for a Double Bell SIG P226 high flow release valve for the green gas mag? Nine Ball make a great one, but I can’t find an option for the DB sig mag? Anyone got any ideas?

Anything to fix the standard mags would be a gr8 fucking step. The ridiculous tight springs are the worst aspect. I thought the issue mag that came with the pistol was a dud as far as stifness was concerned, but after hocking out $80 for another one that felt tighter was just mini rage session ![]()

The DB 226 mags are fucking weird in general - split in two (wonder what was the reason for that!?) along with a slightly angular heel that doesn’t exist with the real steel. Guess it was to cover up the protruding plastic grips that for some dumb reason dont fit flush with the mag well.
Overall it’s not bad for $300, as I don’t see the reasoning behind spending nearly double on a WE (if you could find one) that pretty much delivers the same - apart from the aforementioned flaws (and the obnoxious printing on the slide). It seems that the black ones are no longer in stock, but only the tan (yuck).
From what I’ve heard, you need to trim the mag spring down a bit, to get some pressure off it.
Then it feeds better.
At least the mags don’t leak, like the DB M92 mags…
Still, a nice looking bit of kit.
I’m going to pull mine down, to paint the top slide/ switches , in the hopes of getting bits for it…
Give the airbrush kit, a bit of a run…silver paints better over metal bits.
This would be very tasty….
Even without the RE bling, the 2 tone looks good…
Don’t know where I could get a B trigger, for a DB p236, though…
