Just had a quick comparison with my other blasters that has wood furniture - the CO2 Winchester and the CO2 Lee Enfield, and the wood finishing on the M14 and Garand pretty much blows it away, granted they (even at the pre-order price) are pricier in terms of what I had to actually pay but overall very happy with the quality.
You could use the butt stock, to smack a home intruder in the face…
And do some serious damage to them…!!
