ts a very solid item.
No creaking, flexing or rattling.
The bolt slides all the way back ( unlike the M1), but is non functional.
The battery compartment works well, 2 layers of battery cover, and the fuse is readily accessable.
A word of warning, every time you reconnect the battery, it wants to “jump and cycle”. Can catch you by surprise , if you are not ready for it.
The mag is metal, and hefty.
It would be about the same capacity as a M4, so a decent amount.
Semi auto will last a long time, or put a 7.4v in, for slower full auto.
speaking of which…
a bit blurry, but this is the switch on the RHS, that cycles semi / auto.
Yes, i know the real one doesn’t have one, but this version only fires gels…

Another word of warning…its very stiff initially.
Its in the 12 oclock posn, for semi.
It needs to be rotated , to 6 oclock, for full auto.
When its new, its very tight…mine bound at 3 oclock.
Slow, steady, increasing pressure, will break through it gently.
Then, watch some tv and cycle it back and forth, a few dozen times.
It’ll loosen up.
