And I thought my workbench was messy .
Good video but as Doc pointed out there no audio if unintentional.

She’s busy with customers over on the Discord at the moment, so hopefully she’ll get time to check back in soon
I reckon it is a good sign! Once I used to lay everything out in the order and shapes of where everything went, now I just have a knack for not needing to!
My bench is huge, but it is full of tools, parts, 3d printer stuff… I have a different area for soldering etc, and if I need to use a grinder or tools that make a mess I go to my garage! The sprawl takes over!
I literally just get a storage solution for something then the spare space gets taken up by something else. Joys of always having a few projects on the go!
I do have a rule I only have one blaster open on the bench at a time, but I do have a few boxes I can store gearboxes and parts in if I need to change priorites.
I had a separate Office out the back of the main house at the old Hot Rod Shop.
The property was originally a Cattle Transport Yard, hence the massive property, huge workshop, massive gates and the separate outside Main Office from the house
That office I set up with work benches and a huge leather topped timber office desk, with a set of timber library book shelves lining the whole length of one wall, with tonnes of shelf space for all the spare parts boxes to be stacked onto
Had the sink, kettle, microwave, Air Con/heater, bright office lighting and plenty of windows/sliding doors for comfort and comfortable work environment.
That’s the room where I took that famous last photo with a few of the Blasters laid out on the floor with the Red Towel*TM thrown in
Don’t have anywhere at the moment being a Gypsy, only a stack of boxes piled up high in a mate’s storage unit, only grabbing the odd few parts here and there to be able to take pictures/videos for people when trying to help them out.
Yea I found it and downloaded it, but audio cannot be included, not sure the reasons.
That’s no good, as I’m sure you put a lot of effort into that video, but is still easy to follow with you pointing out the specific parts being worked on
Bit late to the party but floated this question in the wechat group, basically the conclusion is, not really worth the hassle. You gotta grind/dremmel your SLR v2 receiver in several places to make it fit.
I had to grind my SLR v4 quite a bit just to fit a normal v2 gearbox but I’m stubborn like that. ATM would be even more of a hassle.
