Okay, I’m flumoxed… 
Anyone point me in the right direction as to how these LDT MP5 stick mags come apart?
The OG motorised mags, not the spring type.
Got me beat. 
From the very bottom, push the centre oval shaped part, of the mag UP.
That takes spring tension off the base.
You can then push lower base cap rearwards…
It’s a Tommy 2screw moment…
You mean this?
It doesn’t push in… solid as a rock.
It looks like the inner would slide out from the top, but I can’t see how it’s retained at the base. 
Here it is pulled apart…
This spring part SHOULD be on the bottom…
Flat end should be up top, feeding…
I marked mine with an orientation mark…
Looks like some one has assembled it, wrong way around…
It should look like this…
If its arse about face, there might be resistance from the top part slots / cutouts binding…how did they get it in, in the first place…??

Are you sure you’ve got an LDT mag there?
I’ve got two sitting in front of me, both LDT and they don’t look anything like that one of yours.
Show me a pic of the mag terminals?

Have to look at an elec one…!!
NOTE: sten manufacturers…this is how you make a good spring mag.
Bind both loose ends, so the spring tip doesnt flex, and wrap around other parts of the spring, and get jammed…!!

Tiny pin needs to come out, inner slides out from the top.
Guess I shoulda gone to Specsavers

I have nearly ruined a mag before trying to get it apart, only to find a hidden pin also.
It would be boring if it were easy!
