Hi everyone! Is there anywhere that I can find a spare M16A1 handguard and a 16 inch M4 barrel? Thank you if you can help!
Hey mate, I have a whole box full of brand new handguards somewhere in my pile, and am actually going to my storage unit tomorrow, so will have a dig around and see what I can find.
Can’t help out with the barrel Unfortunately. 
where did you get a whole box of handguards??
I used to run my own little Gelblaster Mod/building Business back in the day, and after the WA bans put an end to that fun, all my boxes of spares got put into storage.
So have a fair bit of gear, much of it brand new, but it’s all old model stuff that isn’t very relevant to the modern era of Gelblasters, but still invaluable as parts that are no longer available for older models. 
What a shame your state banned gel blasters, atleast they haven’t confiscated your collection yet. As for the barrel, is there any alternative option you can think of?

Ummmm yeah, they DID outlaw operational Gelblasters, and all of the Blasters in my huge collection were disposed of or destroyed.
The only stuff I have left are whatever the unfinished builds and incomplete Blasters that I had at the time as non operational units.
Are you talking about the outer barrel or inner barrel to suit?

I think both barrels have to be 16 inches because I’m trying to get parts for a Dissipator build

Pretty sure a full length M4A1 barrel with a M16 handgun is the feature of a Dissipator… could be fun combining them to work without a matching barrel and handguard.
But “making it work” is half the fun!
14.5 inches is too short to fit an A1 handguard though.
I want to use a XM177 as a base for the Dissipator and try swap its barrel with a 16" one.

I did my M16A1 years ago which has the proper A1 handguard you seek from Taidi Toys(which is now defunct and NA) and another retro collector on here @Davbot71 imported a few from Brownells USA which I got a few bits from Brownells for my M16A1 build too no problem like the triangle front end cap, flat slip ring to try get it correct or as close as I could get with parts and import laws available for Australia.

Hong Kong and AUS have trade agreements has been successful before. Just note them to not mark it as AS because ABF will throw it in their bin.
Outer barrel for a dissipater build should be 16" if memory serves me right.

Anyway just discussing options as it is very tricky to line all the parts up to get the end result you are after.

Yes I have the handguards themselves, but they weren’t supplied with the delta ring or triangle end caps as far as I can remember.

This sounds like a good idea but seems a bit risky… I’m kinda scared honestly since I’ve never bought anything gel blaster related outside of Australia
I guess I’ll do whatever it takes to make the Dissipator real, thank you for giving out some options.
BTW, Are Tokyo Marui AR barrels compatible with E&C ARs? I just wanna make sure the fit is right.
Nice, but I feel like your state won’t allow you to send gel blaster parts outside into another state, knowing the gist of WA gel ball laws.
No problem shipping a handguard from WA at all.
If you bomb out with Doc I’ve got one I could probably let go… maybe. 
Question is, which state are you in? 
You could always try your luck with SIXmm in Honkers… cheap enough to not care if it doesn’t get through.

This I do not know for sure but it “should” be standard sizing afaik. Sorry I can’t provide more options and knowledge than I have.
They have a lot of different outer barrels there on SIXmm.
The only other thing I could think of is maybe @AKgelblaster and @RokSolid might be able to source something for you as they are just starting up and both frequent this forum. No harm in asking

I had a dig around the storage unit and found lots of other stuff I had long forgotten about, but couldn’t locate the handguards, which means that I will need a couple of days to check the other storage unit, but I know for certain that I’ve definitely got them, as stumbled across the box only late last year when looking for something else!
