There is a warehouse in CBD Melbourne that is highly secured spent nuclear fuel storage. Part of the deal with UK, we store their spent fuel. Been like that for quite some time now.

A chief on the run from his enemies takes refuge in another warrior or cheifs pa (fort) and is protected by the other chiefs wife who stands over him while he lays in a Kumara pit. For a warrior or Cheif this was a shameful thing to do as men were to never be below a woman. But because it was a demeaning act the pursuing enemy didn’t check the Kumara pit and continue on their way searching for the warrior not thinking he could actually be in the pit.

Its very simple really for the govt. The law abiding dont shoot back. Far far easier to hassle, bully and push around the law abiding. If they did that to the crims, gangs or extremists they will get shoot at.

You should hear what my retired ADF uncle has to say. 2x tours of Nam, 3CAV. Might want your ear muffs on. Spoke to him yesterday. He did deployments and training to NZ for awhile as we handed some of our Australian built gear over to NZ for no cost. Austeyrs, P8 Posiedons, Frigates so NZ can defend themselves with the good gear.

They (the gov.) could have responded to the issue a million other ways that wouldn’t result in local businesses going under.
They claim to be “for small business” then proceed to kill said businesses with taxes and import restrictions, almost every decision or change they make has had negative impacts on the local economy but they’re not doing anything wrong (sarcasm btw).
