Does anyone have or know the regulations within the gel blaster in Australia? maximum fps or maximum joules within each role, example in airsoft we played 350fps limit for assault rifles, 400fps limit for select shooters, 450fps limit for sniper, today it is measured in joules, the maximum for AEG is 1 joule, I would like to know if you have some kind of regulation like this
There are none in Queensland. It can be as ridiculously powerful as you like.
The same is true in South Australia, if you and your gel blaster are licensed.
No other states allow gel blasters.

I understand, well here in Spain I suppose the same thing will happen 
Others may comment on their local fields that usually set the limit to 300fps and up to phase plasma velocity.
