So it’s a gbb. You know what it means for me😭

For the mag, it works just like average AR-type aeg mags, although I can’t confirm if it’s good because turns out my blaster forgot how to launch the balls. Who do I call? I don’t want it to follow P90’s fate😖

Some things, once seen, can never be unseen. :flushed:

And some things weren’t meant to be ever seen by man.

Ya got that right and it’ll be a sad old forum if we ever wind our nuts up so tight that we change that.

Pretty sure we’re majority older demographic in here but in this wonderful forum it’d be a fatal error thinking age equates to maturity… we’re grown men playing with medinchina plastic guns, after all.:v:

Worked great on my mk8 (although mk8 is a name of handguard, not “gun”) which is surprising. Really like that now I own such a weird thing

Ah China…

If you were being charitable you’d probably say they gave it a MK8 designation because of the Geissele styled M-Loc handguard.

But it’s more likely they just forgot to add the “1” to make it a MK18.

I dunno, it has m4a1 engravings

If you like shotguns…
And, 80’s classics…

This might tickle your fancy.

UDL SPAS-12.

Available worldwide as a (springer) dart gun, this is a great replica.

Spring can be upgraded, feed gate works, it cycles/ ejects properly, and 6 darts isn’t too much to muck around with/ pick up after.

Cheap too…

Mine has been painted…ask me what colour black i used…!!

Also, from the same family…

Aliens pulse rifle.

Also repainted.

Xforce had these especially converted, and imported into Australia…

Pump works, 95 lights up and counts down, stock extends etc etc…

And, it fires 7mm caseless ammo…!!!
Safe around atmosphere processors…!!

The SPAS was originally a bit of a bitsa…

3 different shades of black / levels of gloss, on the one blaster.

And the light brown pump cage, looked a bit plasticy…

A good respray, got all the blacks the same, and cage looking better…

There is if you’re stringing up the Woolies and Coles thick paper bags, or cardboard boxes

I want to try out a styrofoam manikin head for shits n giggles, but that won’t get holes, just make a fkn big mess :joy:, ask @RokSolid he knows all about styrofoam targets :joy::joy:

Styrofoam manikin head only dings when hit at close range unless you chip off a bit at the edge,

Thin styrofoam sheet with an X on it is best for zeroing red dot

I’m seriously considering building some moveable frames with replaceable paper target squares, setting them up in random patterns in the backyard and running some drills with a real steel shot timer.

Like, seriously… what else can you do with these friggin’ things if you can’t skirmish? :person_shrugging:

I also used the styrofoam boxes from my local IGA as very effective sighting targets, especially if you give surface a light coat of satin black! :ok_hand:

Did the same for the kids @Friendly_Fire on the old Hot Rod Shop property, setting up various targets all around the property and then load up the kids and send them off on a “hunting expedition”. :sunglasses:

@shadow187 I can confirm styrofoam makes a painful mess to clean up lol. Cardboard is good from close range. Milo tin lids hanging from string or wire is good, no a large target but makes a good ping when hit.

I used to have a frying pan hanging from a tree at my last place I used as a target, does make I nice resounding “ting” when hit

Have a bunch of coke cans and 1.25l plastic bottles hanging on fishing line at 12m. Empty green gas cans on top of a cupboard and VW hubcaps make different ping when hit and old satellite dish at 15m for full auto tests.

When zeroing sight usually stick styrofoam sheet to large garbage bag so can tell where gels are hitting

Pulled some out of storage to take to a game, the two SLRs are my work horses, ones practically stock the others almost completely different inside.

The others are a J9 and a GE GBBR.

Gotta love the old Slers!
Reminded me that I’ve still got a Black & Tan in pieces somewhere that would make another nice Wall hanger… but got to get a certain ZB26 finished first!:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
