The Shit Pit

Yea that aint no AK47 the mag is too far forward of the trigger. It’s an SKS-D.

ah ha, I now see its not, doesn’t look anything like an ak 47 other than the magazine. hadn’t seen images of the rifle the guy had, but just goes to show, can’t believe everything you hear.

also shows how competent the local law enforcement is when they can’t accurately identify a weapon correctly

I also find it a little strange the items were hung on the fence like that, crime scene possibly tampered with and perhaps the cops or secret service gathered the items and hung them up?

no way to know for sure without being there

WA’s gun push looks disgusting.

If a civvie misidentified it then that’s OK.

The antis would call anything with a curved mag an AK47 as that is all they know. SKS doesn’t sound threatening enough

yeah I did a quick google when I read your first comment on it and first result wàs a Reddit post about it having an ak 47 mag,

yeah for sure… at first glance the mag throws you off but the stock slaps you in the face like a cartel goon finding a tourist in their poppy field, with their real ak 47

The runway is as flimsy as the arguments, for banning gel blasters…!!
Whaddaya expect, from WA…??
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

No ban. Only fun. Still need 20 chars.

I like picking on the media how they routinely f up any sort of firearm and default to the biggest badest thing known without taking 2 mins to even look at it. Fear mongering the ill informed.

Fully semi automatic with a shoulder thing that goes up.

 NBC news said it was an AR rifle

Apparently had ceramic armour plates in the back packs on the fence. Makes sence.

Somebody on one of the morning shows here in Oz made a comment that the US making bumpstocks legal was the same as legalising full auto machine guns.

We all know that ain’t true… anyone with the right trigger in a semi auto and good technique can get a bumpstock ROF without the bumpstock, and it’s never as high as full auto.

I guess technically they mean one trigger pull, multiple shots until you release… which by definition makes it full auto… I’ll shut up now. :man_shrugging:

At the federal level they are not banned, but are banned in 15 states.

Technically bump stocks and binary triggers fire one shot per trigger pull which satisfies the technical aspect they’ve had for a long time wether it’s auto or not. With these innovations the waters get muddy… because stupid people do stupid things as always.

Damn you, Maiphut… :expressionless:

I’m gonna have to watch that movie again soon!

And I’ve got the “America! Fuck yeah!” earworm goin’ on…

fuck, old mate come prepared… but not prepared to use them apparentely since he bailed as soon as they started shooting at him :man_shrugging:t2:
