The Shit Pit

Forgot to mention that my Business lost a LARGE chunk of GST returns one year, because the Government “lost” a few documents that were uploaded to the ATO showing a $70k plus turnover for the financial year, and yet somehow “lost” the documents at around the $50k mark… so “sorry, nothing back for you this year” :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Can’t remember the exact figures, but I remember my Secretary planning on an $18-$20k return that year and had already done the book work to plan future spendings for it…then got notified that everything was ZEROED!

Oh yea I know. For eg, get a text a drought officer is about to ring me in the next hour, yep good to go, got reception that helps. Hello Mr me here, H clk ra oh blooody hel my headset is not working I;ll have to ring you back. Err just use your phucking phone like I am on speaker so you can type on the computer which I have to do to pull up all the ferkin bullashite and documents they request. Meanwhile hours go bye as I am not producing while doing all this shit and I still have fuck all. Great fun. And I’m up to about $9000 in costings for their RFI’s and agent fees providing all my information they demand yet I have not a cent from them yet. This year is cruising away pretty quick.

Then I get told to ring a charity mob in Queensland called Farm Angels  Right, we doing angels in the wrong state now. Fan fucking tastic. Ring Pirsa for rego rebate, their headset shat the bed too, but got my details lodged for farm vehicle rego rebate that Malanuskis put through. That was fucking weeks ago, nothing but crickets.

I’ve wasted so much time doing all this shit. Now I don’t give a fuck. I’m off in the tractor making 4wd tracks on the good neighbors place he wanted and I will get paid. Get fuck all from the Australian gov if you are a farmer.

If I wouldn’t get locked up by the time I get there I would dump a 10t load of sheep shit on parliament doorstep like the europeans do with their manure sprayers

Anyway had my rant, I just wish common folk would understand better. I know it myself as I was a city bumkin at one stage and didn’t know as much I do now, but probably a fair bit as all my ancestors were either farmers or military.

I just wish people would wake up and realize, even if you don’t like meat that’s fine, I grow grain specific for your breads too, wool for clothing unless you like running around naked and freezing your arse off. No wonder there is farmers going bust left right and centre, take out a big loan and you end up with multi shit years, Kenworth T909’s roll out and pick your livestock up if you can’t service your loan. Seen it happen a lot. Millions of dollars involved.

Again, nail on the head on all accounts.

Advice that I always give to people looking to do certain things in their life… NEVER involve the Government or the Police!

If you can get by with as minimal interaction with ANY of those “services”, life is so much easier!

That’s what pained me originally when I came out of Hospital, going from a full-time working life on a rural property to having to engage with these pricks after spending as least as possible for my whole life.

Then getting thrown onto Government Sickness Benefits, then having to deal with Local and Federal Government Agencies right up the wazoo wanting to know EVERYTHING!

That’s where life became a constant hellhole having to deal with these pricks that I’d avoided my whole life.

I’m obviously still gonna be tied to the system to survive, but at least I’ve made it to this point where its been reduced dramatically from what it has been, especially since selling the property and all of my assets to become a penniless hobo, which they seem to prefer more than the hard working asset rich taxpayer that I’ve always been!

Just realised… forgot to mention that is exactly how they want their citizens, sheep relying on Government ruling and controls to keep them inline! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Yes I hear you on all accounts. I know as I’ve been trying to deal with these fkwits for years and helping my parents out with thier justly due pensions and how they want all the techo crap that wasn’t even thought of 20 years ago let alone when they were born and do not take the time to explain things to them in laymens terms, you have to seek out side help to navigate.

I’m pretty tech savvy, but damn, with things not working in the last year due to new hardware failures and then software updates that fail has been crazy(not just me specifically but industry wide) to put it in laymens terms.

But I have no choice I HAVE to do it that way as they need all your Bass statements electronically lodged as they stopped postal years ago, and and and. Can’t pay cash, no banks anymore for hundreds of kilometers. No banks to cash checks at so they are not accepted anymore. It’s all electronic EFT transactions online and has to be or I can’t conduct business.

I need an office lady, tight skirt thanks… Boob toob be good on Fridays.

Been thinking long and hard about my situation for last couple years. Yep option A buzz off down a mine, have no life and miss my parents ageing out and dying while I grind away making 2 grand a week I wont have time to enjoy it with, then come out 10 years later and not physicly be able to enjoy any of it because I’ve flogged my body apart yet again.

Option B, do my unorthodox farming way. By unothodox I mean most if not all that are staying in are hitting Bendigo bank/Elders for loan extensions big time in the last year to keep going. The numbers are in the hundreds of billions, it is crazy the friend in the game I was chatting to. That’s only for this state, doesn’t include the rest of Australia.

I’m bucking the system and going to finalise the last $10k of my overdraught in the coming year first. Service the livestock with whatever they need including 400% dearer ear tags that are subsidised. They were 25 cents each. Now 95 cents because need electronic RFID chip in them by law or you can’t sell them. No benefit to me, need to buy a wand that is $1200 to read the ear tag chip, then hook it up bluetooth to your laptop in the dusty yards and have an electronic operated $30,000 draughting gate that reads the chip in ear tag and draughts them whatever way you set it with your $2000 laptop that just got covered in sheep shit and doesen’t work and sheep go everywhere. Then you drop it in the dirt. Then the draught gate sensor fucks up and you have to wait 2 weeks for a technition to come out and fix it at $150/hr plus travel.

Glad I don’t have 20,000 sheep like the McMahons do up the road. That’s a $20,000 dollar bill just for ear tags when they used to cost $5000. So yea. They are still visually imprinted with PIC number and farm name as per old ones. My eyeballs still work and that’s all I need to draught my sheep out. If I can’t see a male from a female and need a computer to do it for me. I should be shot.

Another classic example of some pen pusher somewhere coming up with a “modern electronic solution” to farming/livestock practices that look AMAZING in the office PowerPoint presentations for whichever Government department they are trying to justify their own jobs for… BUT, who actually thought this through and done the field testing and feedback from the primary producers themselves?

Oh yeah, don’t worry about that, let’s move onto the next graph on the slideshow to show how quickly we can implement this new system at massive revenue raising costs to the farmers themselves!

A Tax without actually admitting it’s another Tax on the producers who we are going to enforce this new system upon! :raised_hands:

I’m with you mate, back away and find other means to make a dollar off the land in the least expensive and government regulated way as possible.

Got enough room for some Wind Farms? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Hell yea, always windy here. The thought has been on my mind, you make bank with those things on your land!

Re Centreclunk, I shook my head when you mentioned applying for DSP. I thought poor soul if it’s anything like what I’ve been through he’ll also need mental pension on top!

But like the accountant said, just keep piling the bookwork at them until their lightbulb goes off some time later, in the future, when they get around to it.

They stick you on everything. Including my postal address. They could not wrap around their tiny pea brain why my postal address was not where I live on farm. So denied. I told them a thousand times, THERE IS NO POSTAL SERVICE WHERE I LIVE. No wheelie bin or mains water either.

That was just one of many things they stick you up on. Oh and birth certificate. Oh we don’t know who you are, oh cool so I’ve been paying tax all my life when I shouldn’t be if I don’t exist. Send them my birth certificate, nope denied. Why, oh because it’s a copy. I’m oh wtf weetbix packet did you just crawl out of. Nope must be your original birth certificate. I went off and gave that person a schooling. I said listen here lady, I know for a fact you have not got your original birth certificate as you can not get it. Yes I have, no you haven’t. They are held by the registrar and very few Australians actually have their original birth cert. All you can get is a certified by the registrar copy of your original and that is what you need to do things that require it. Ohhh, approved that hurdle later that day. Dumb as a blank piece of paper.

I just laugh, we are doomed if this is what is supposed to help us out in tough times. :face_with_peeking_eye:

Even more doomed with the quality of schooling provided by most institutions/primary/high schools these days. It’s like they just pass people to keep their quotas up and keep the government funding coming in, with public schools at least.

Their standards have dropped substantially, handwriting is out the window and most kids handwriting looks like garbage compared to the standard held to kids when I was at school, we used to have to keep writing sentences over and over inbetween the lines until it was nice and neat and tidy, these days they don’t seem to give a shit, spelling is out the window and is absolutely atrocious at best the majority of the time.

Then theres the dumb factor and young parents excuse stupidity and bad behaviour as “oh he/she’s autistic” without having them tested professionally to justify their claims nor to seek advice on how to manage their condition and therefore cater to the child’s needs correctly, if they did actually have autism but the majority of them don’t it’s just poor/lazy parenting and a lack of discipline leading to kids growing up without a proper education or a legitimate sense of right and wrong, then they wonder why youth crime is at an all time high.

I honestly feel bad for the generations to follow

I always blame the parents, not the kids, for shitty behaviour, bad manners and total lack of respect or independence.

Kids are nothing more than a reflection of their parents, so when I see kids displaying shitty behaviours… I just stare at the parents and think that they are the ones who created these issues in the first place!

How many people thought Trumps speaker Karoline Leave it at the door was 40 going on 70.

But supposed to be 27  What a frump. She’d be fun at parties… not :money_mouth_face:

Howan, yea theres 20 million illegal aliens. How bout make that the 100 million. What a clown show. Can’t even make a decent country in the time Australia has.

Watched an american expose’ on computer type goods. Basically China has ceased shipments as they will not sell at nearly double the price as the 25% from few years ago is still in place, plus 125%, plus depending what material it is made of get’s another 20-40% on top of all that.

Trump’s really got no idea what he’s fkng with. Europeans he’s fkd them off no end. Australia, yea slapped 10 % on us but that will do fuck all as we do not buy any of their produce. Australia makes twice the amount of food that our population(sharply going down due to gov and conditions) can consume why we export to make a dollar. …Until a stupid gov just cancels it overnight.

Make your vote count this time, unless you want more of the same. Vote for whoever you want. Why you eat Chinese grown vegetables backdoored through NZ to bybass our regulations, the gov should stop that but they don’t as NZ are our closest ally and that Jacinda Burnt quit because she did the deal with China and couldn’t handle it anymore as she is guilty. Still continues. Thanks .

Food and manufacturing China do not adhere to anything ISO world wide standards. They make high quality items, but you pay for it too same as home.

This is interesting. Trevor Loudon does good work.

@DocBob just to make you feel better I spent 122 minutes on hold with Pirsa. As 55 million $ Malunuskus said they are going to help us.

Then another 111 minutes with the call back option. Then called again and left the call back option.

Have a guess what it was for

Oh didn’t have your email address. I was wtf you clowns emailed me yesterday

Now feast your eyes on this mumbo jumbo and you wonder why I get shirty.

So you got a spare $40k spare so I can get half back

Vids from the event.

They do get pretty close…

But who photoshopped the velociraptor out …??
Oh wait, he was flying…!

Chemtrails confirmed…!!

Yup, looks like standard issue Government illogical waffle to me!

I dunno about photoshopped…

Can you copyright a photoshopped image? :man_shrugging:

its probably legit…

Might be a trick of perspective and zoom, that makes it look closer than it is.

From the high rise vids, they’re pretty close…

But not reach out and touch close…

F18E/F Super Hornet, bit bigger than the legacy Hornets we still have sitting under a verandah  US gov things
