And yet the NATO countries and the UK are scaring people shitless that they are all under threat of a Russian “Invasion” and they need to spend billions of Taxpayers dollars to “build up their Military and Defences”… and in the next sentence,
“hahaha, Russia is so weak, they are crumbling and can’t even take a few old farmhouses and chicken coups after 3 years of fighting”.

Yes there’s another good article explaining exactly what you commented regarding strength of the dollar impacts on Imports and Exports, but it’s a Double edged sword for the Russian Economy, as they have a weird setup where Exports are paid for by the Global US Dollar standard, and yet their Imports are paid in Rubles.
So with the stronger Ruble, they lose value on their Exports, and yet gain more value for their Imports.
Not bad that they have just announced cutting interest rates and planning to follow this downward trend through 2026, unlike us battling to do the same here in Australia.
They also had a Budget SURPLUS of 5.4 billion Rubles at the end of March 2025!
