They are both very good…
The MP-7 is a bit more consistent with fps…or at least through my chrono…
The MP-7 does have a more solid mag slap, no doubt that its in, you can change quite quickly.
MP5-K, you need to jiggle it, just a little, and no sharp click.
No rattling blowback to disable, on the MP-7.
Both are very good though, particularly at this price point, it just depends on which flavour you like better… Chocolate or Caramel…!! 
Just wish they’d hurry up and make a quality UZI…!!
slight sanding of the magwell and leading edge of magazines makes big improvement on MP5 mag change. Still lacks tactile feedback of the MP7

CEH have the Hanke P-8 shell ejecting lugers.
Not a gel blaster, laser pointer / shell ejector, but some metal and cheaper than a denix.
Hanke is the company who also make the shell ejecting TEC-9 (i have some coming from O/S) , so who knows, hit them up and they may bring them in…
Now, will a new set of wooden grips fit…??

Looks pretty nice, not sure how accurate it is but still a sexy bit of kit. 
E&C make nice gear.
I’d be looking into the Colt grey paint, fencing around the mag release, the three pronged flash hider and the straight slip ring if I was being picky about period correct.
But maybe the Grenadiers evolved along different lines to the standard M16 rifles.

It’s correct except it should have the A1 birdcage flash hider not the pronged. Early ones did but I wouldn’t fuss over it. Too light of a grey for my liking.
That design M203 came about when the M16A1 was mainstream, fenced lower. M203 designed to replace Colt’s XM148 40mm from project SPIW. Some of those XM148’s got horse traded and jammed on SLR’s by the Aussies 
Trigger guard looks a bit wonky on the launcher
