Knowing the props budget filmaker allocate, they probably could have made a pretty realistic looking one out of recycled toilets and plywood for a couple of hunge and the sweat of some poor overworked, underpaid prop builder’s brow.
I had a friend back in the day who did a stint as a prop maker with ILM years ago on the Starwars franchise… made him sleep on a stretcher bed and fed him hamburgers and other crappy takeout so he could put in ridiculous hours to support the production schedule. Didn’t see his family for a week at a time.
I used to say things like “How could you leave a dream job like that?” All he ever said back was that it was no dream job… more like a friggin’ nightmare.
Even if they just had like parts kits that was everything minus a complete gearbox that could either take a drop in V2/3 gearbox or have the t-piece/nozzle and mag terminals seperate and need to be installed (for those that take normal m4 or AK mags that already exist at least).
Obviously it would take additional steps for things that don’t have a gel equivalent mag setup yet but that’s not impossible to sort out, 90% of the work is done already.

I did see these at the time, they were a little bit toyish, but still had the look. Missed out either way!
Also seen a superpoo (I think) kit to print for the J12. Considered that route many times, but my printer, printer hobby time and patience probably wouldn’t work out so never attempted it!
In the video Vas holds that Bizon up against a collapsed Gen 8 M4 and it’s about the same length. I reckon it’s the stock that really makes it look tiny, but it ain’t.
I’m constantly on the lookout for one of these just because of the rarity. Shite performance but that’s neither here nor there for me.
Just dropped by Armoured Heaven. Brad is working on a full sized metal GBBR G3, GBBR MP9 and Beretta PMX . The G3 looked great and was a heavy sucker. MP9 might be the first GBBR to suit a CQB field
