Metal gear,metal ladder and linked reload

I wants it… it looks cool. But have no idea what a linked reload is, or a metal ladder…

I’m going to assume it means ambidextrous mag release and the the metal ladder is for the piston

Yeah, linked reload will be ambi for sure.
Does that mean if you disable the ambi you’ve had a conscious uncoupling?
