Not a euphemism… here it is, Norton concert flute.
Picked up in a Vinnie’s store heavily tarnished for $10 and spent the afternoon polishing it up with Nevr Dull. Came up well.
Can I play it? Hell no!
But it’s a very cool instrument, so complicated with mystery levers all over it and apparently silver plated so worth every cent.
It’ll be a great addition to the music room, along with a whole lot of other cool instruments I can’t play! 
There was my school gf hottie she used to play flute, I’ll give her a call. Actually I won’t she’s turned in to an ice queen
I’m sure I could figure out how to tickle the ivorys being an ex keyboard, bass and drum player. Blow fkn harder. Do they even have music class where you do all that these days in public high school 
But that looks awesome. Sorry about the flashbacks of my school gf, it happens. Get a bit triggered. Fkn glad I didn’t marry it or I would be in big trouble, eek

Was it the skin flute? If so I’m sure she was quite proficient at playing it

Like I said… hell no!
But the function and complex design of a concert flute intrigues me as an engineer. Looks like a Terminator’s arm minus the skin. 
Might learn to play a simple tune or two one day… not exactly on my bucket list though.
