Sell it on Ebay. That’s what you can do. Or if you own firearms target practice
The step up to Nvme SSD is the big game changer from SATA. Phew way quicker.

it still works just not as a high end gaming pc. would only really be selling the CPU, board, and ram.
List it on Ebay, somebody will buy it. I dunno up to you man but that is what I would do.
will do a price check first so i have an idea of what it is worth.
i used to use it as part of a dual pc streaming setup. that kinda fell through so…
A bit of an update, on the pulse rifle…
As you know, i got it for $600 from vipertac, It was the display model, and had some marks on the shroud. I wasnt concerned, as it was to be painted.
Other PR’s do around 320 fps, out of the box.
This one is sitting on around 160 fps.
Ive tried a few different gels…same results.
Xforce pinkies were giving me 320, on my first new models.
I suspect this was a return.
It showed a bit of handling…if i paid $850 , and got a low fps blaster, id be taking it back…
So, i reckon thats what happened.
Someone bought it, tried it, and returned it.
They didnt pull it apart/ fix it…and just used it as a demo…then sold it cheaply when closing down.
I dont think its worth the hassle , taking it back now. I should have checked it in store.
Now its been painted, i dont want it pulled apart, and marking the paint.
The paint is acrylic, so its not the strongest.
Given this is going to mostly be a display piece… i think i’ll just leave it…
After all, my custom still does 350 fps, on pinkies…!!
And the others do the advertised 320 fps…
I might just have a dud o-ring…but you have to pull EVERYTHING apart, to get to it…
Its just disappointing, and also a reminder to Look That Horse in the Mouth, in the store…
Are we learning yet. It’s not funny. But aye you wonder why I grizzle about things.
Leave it to beaver because no body will fkn help me. Always just get it done myself even if it looks like shit, see if I give a fuck
I might go back and kick up a stink…
Ask them to repair it, and NOT dare mark any paint…they wont wanna touch it.
Then , ask for a 30% reduction on their custom build DMR, with the V 2.5 gearbox.
FF saw it in action, i demo’d it…it was shooting around 40m…
Worst case scenario with the pulsey…pull it down in a couple of years.
Full gearbox strip and rebuild.
I have the paint formula, so it can have a respray touch up, while its apart…
Is that the custom from X force, no can’t be you said ViperT. Oh well I dunno.
You can do it yourself, just need to apply yourself. Man if you can fly which I can’t I’m sure you can sort something out. Take a notebook and pencil next time you see the guru
Xforce custom is awesome.
Vipertac ( now painted), is the problem child.
I do like learning, but my problem is i get frustrated easily.
Which happens, when you are unsure of how to proceed, and having an unanswered question in your mind.
Getting annoyed, then ruins the enjoyment and the process.
I like being around others, who are more experienced, so you get your questions answered straight away…
Dental school was extremely frustrating…too many students, not enough tutors ( cost)…
Yea I get what you are saying. Would you like a farm?
The more you try and smash things out, it just doesn’t work, some cluck head mofo fucks something up and oh help me help me.
Patience is my key, I always get things fixed in the end and usually have to do it myself because seems like a lot of people are in a hurry going backwards these days.
Indemnity, I’m speaking broadly, not specifically towards you. Hopefully that helps.
I can read instruction manuals, destruction manuals, whatever it is and that is how I have been taught and how I get through fixing whatever it may be. I listen to older than me people that really know what they are doing and take it on board. Then apply that knowledge.
I got nobody helping me, I nut things out on my own. Sometimes it’s better that way, because when I fuck it up I just yell at myself
Learning anything new, there is always a frustration/ progress curve.
You WILL experience some frustration, along the way.
the process usually goes something like this…
1: watch someone else do it / make notes. it looks easy.
2: first crack yourself…go slow…question yourself…get stuck…seek answers. can complete with help…takes a longer time.
3: next go… a bit quicker, more confident, asking fewer questions.
4: complete solo go…go slowly, hopefully get there. some trepidation at more difficult steps.
5: full mastery: quick, confident, capable, and knows whats going on. You “own” the process, and have no fear of it. Confident in your ability to do well.
This takes time, and many goes…
Stress is all part of the learning experience…but a necessary component…confidence comes from competence…
I’ve only pulled apart a couple of gearboxes, im not quite confident by myself yet…which is why its great doing it at FF’s place…
Its also about available time.
Pulling the pulsey apart was complicated, i wouldn’t attempt it by myself…i appreciate FF doing it for me.
Maybe i’ll tackle one further down the track, but not now…and not by myself…
Of course, another option is accepting the sub par performance and just being happy with it as a display model.
You’ve got several other Pulse Rifles that hit hard, yeah? Does it really matter if this one doesn’t? It looks good, and that’s all it has to do sitting on display.
If that thing goes back to Vipertac they will damage the paintjob and trash all that work.
That’s why I’ll leave it…
Anyone touching it, will mark it…
It’s fine, for a display piece…
nerf versions go for quite a bit on ebay.
Yeah… I got mine pre-order for $130 through Zing.
Two weeks after release they’re up on ebay for a whole gorilla. Even more if they’re custom painted.
Did you got mine on Teeemoo for 20 bucks, should be here never
Stress. It’s a fucking gel blaster. You want stress you are going to need more than slippers out here with the shit I deal with
Seriously, don’t overthink it. You know what’s going to happen to the paint job.
i should try and reprint this
Vipertac, only been there twice.
And I’d only purchase from them if they were the only place that had what I needed.
And even then I’d order online and wait sooner than step foot in their store again.
That is all I will speak to about them regarding my experience with them.
I’ll reprint something soon
