They were still in tonic this morning, transferred to tap and grew to 7.3-7.4 then strained them for storage

So used

AT 7AM TODAY I PLACED 50 GELS IN EACH.
WILL MEASURE IN FOUR HOURS
LET THE EXPERIMENT BEGIN

I HAVE CONCLUDED THAT
1: I DID NOT NEED SO MUCH URINE
2: MY LOCAL PRIEST RIPPED ME OFF
3: THAT WAS A WAIST OF A GOOD BEER

Gel growth also plays a big part in accuracy.
At a minimum you should use the same type of gels and grow for the exact same length of time, every time. With consistent size and shape gels you can start to dual hop ups right in.
Consistency = accuracy

Make sure you don’t get them mixed up with the Urine ones! 
Let us know how the hangover goes with the beer gels…… or if they give you any unexpected side effects

The only side affect I can foresee for me would be the inability to hit the toilet bowl 
I was quite surprised as to how close in size the beer and urine were.
And no my urine is not mostly beer incase some of you were thinking.

Can’t even get booms to grow properly
First batch was 3 hours on the dot and sizes all over the place with quite a few already at 7.6 
Got told by everyone that you can’t control grow booms and they have to be 12 hours, so I did😅
Plain ol cold tap water😂

There were whispers when Xtac Booms released that they were just Chinese local market Ultra Elites, so them overgrowing without the use of BiCarb would come as no surprise to me.

I’m pretty sure that I had a 7.0mm from ZHENDUO for when I was trialling the tight bore barrels, but can’t remember what sizes were available across the board 
The Zhenduo ones are 7mm and 7.35mm

That’s confirmed that my memory might not be as bad as I thought!
I also had the 7.35mm strainer for my favourite 7.3mm barrels 
I’m pretty sure that I never threw out the strainers, as they weren’t an “illegal” piece of cooking equipment to have in possession under the new bans
The only things that I kept were the of the same type that weren’t actually illegal……
such as batteries, chargers, chrono’s, sights, torches, speed loading bottles etc. plus all of my load out kits, vests, clothes, boots, goggles, helmets, gloves, face masks/mesh, holsters, camel backs, belts, chest rigs etc.
