Spoke to the guys at xforce today…

Only here say, but taccies was shut down, owing a the ATO over $ 800 000!!

Taking customer orders and money, all the way, up to the end…

If you know the system, you could drag the process out, no payments, negotiations, minimal payments, late part payments, etc etc, until they drop the axe.

Charming…

who’s to say they havnt been doing that for quite some time and the time came for the axe to drop :axe:

The ATO are pretty ruthless, when it comes to shutting down companies that are dodgy.

Quarterly BAS payments are enforced, and the further behind you get, the more stringent they become.

But, as per any system, those who know it , know how to string it along.
Negotiations, part payments, late payments, the odd full payment…all while sending money offshore.

When its offshore, its gone.

Like i said, all heresay, but i imagine the ATO doesnt like being made a fool of…

Unfortunately it’s the customer that gets screwed. People who aren’t getting products, refunds, warranty claims etc.

Dodgy bastards. That is all.

Pretty sure I found a case on ATSIC where TaccyToys was given a bit of a kick up the arse way back in September 2022 or somewhere around there :astonished:

Oh they are going fast, asic shows they just got a liquidator yesterday, someone called scott clout TACTOYS PTY LTD 625 032 500 | Court Liquidation | Appointment | Select One | Published : 09/12/2024 | ASIC Notice Details

Wonder how long until their site expires, a forum member should buy it and direct to them being closed permantly.

They might have to sell their stock, to other retailers…at a big discount…

Ihobby can buy back the stock, they sold them, at half price…!!

I checked the Archerfield showroom and most of the display cases were empty. Just a couple of M4’s

Share the liquidators contact details on social media, see how many phone calls and emails they get from angry TaccyToys customers :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Corey no longer Carey….

Thats not hard to find, their main info is the first result for their name, yea i peeked at their linked in for lols to see and they do some stuff thats for sure.

Fitting name. Might have some clout.

If he isnt a giant idiot, he will stay there. tax man will get his due if you even dare fly back to australia.

Corey wasn’t listed as a someone with financial interest in TT. He’s been running some online gaming / block chain deal based out of Vietnam / Philippines. Similar used car salesman deal

Well the spotty one did jump ship to GBU, so I’d imagine that is still one place that he’s still got his fingers in the Pie

Corey’s now the CEO and co-founder of Mirai Labs, a Web3 gaming company.

Just in case you forgot what he looks like…
