The M79 is a cheapy plastic launcher, i got from etsy…
It was originally a longer barrel, but i cut it down to length.
Faux wood is actually pretty good…
It takes 40mm Grenade shells.!!
The trigger would need a bit of modifying, though…
I have yet to do a review, of the Gustav.

They are all airsoft for you to dream about. Besides even they have them in gel blasters can you import them into Australia?
but the links specify airsoft… and this is a gel blaster thread, in a gel blaster community…
and there will be no chance to import them in Australia anyway…
Some people don’t like Airsoft since they are not easy to clean up indoors, and you get more gels in the packaging, and airsoft hurts more…
If you do find a gel blaster version for the people maybe there will be a 0.0000001 chance of getting one into Australia

The airsoft RPG-7 and M79 can be import into Australia (before the new law) and don’t need any modification . In fact almost all airsoft grenade launcher can be import to Australia without any modifications . The M203 from E & C or other brands selling here is airsoft versions. The only difference is the grenade.
The same as shell ejecting APS shotguns, the difference between airsoft and gelsoft is the shells.
It isn’t the past we’re talking about, it’s the future. Airsoft grenade launchers can’t be imported, and even if it’s on the shelf, if you’re just walking in, it won’t be available. You must provide a genuine reason to the police and then you can buy one
Not to mention it looks like 80% of Australia banned airsoft

FYI, forget sbout 80%… airsoft has never been legal in Australia anywhere and definitely never will be now… not even in Queensland.
If this thread’s going to just be all about airsoft markers it’s going to be a monumental waste of time. 
We did have Airsoft here in WA for quite some time before Gelbasters were ever invented,
but it was more of just a very small unknown “underground” industry that the Government at the time really had no idea that it was actually happening!
Once they did catch wind of it though, it was shut down pretty quickly, which was way back in 1996.
It was 2017 when Gelbasters were added to the Airsoft Club…
… but that didn’t last long either.
You are wrong. In QLD you can buy any grenade launchers as long as it have stock. No need to provide reason to the police. There are no difference between an airsoft or gel grenade launcher. Actual all of them are airsoft grenade launchers, 90% of your pistol gel blaster is an airsoft pistol. So you can talk about airsoft on a gel blaster forum. All gel blaster come from airsoft product. Gelsoft and airsoft are closely related
I personally don’t mind seeing new airsoft stock , on here…
