Removed just enough front sight, for the mod rail to fit on…
Its not perfect…
The grips are open at the rear…and the mag extender stops the mag from fitting properly.
Rail is not attached yet…snug fit check only.
enough for now, im buggered…

I’m buggered too but there is yet again Goat and rabbit on the menu ![]()
Well…
The Burton Burger is finally finished, and what an adventure it was.
Just quietly, im a little proud of myself…when i had my first one done, no way was i going to attempt to drill it out by self…only one available and all that.
Did this all by myself, so pretty happy with that.
Less nerves, when everything is replaceable…
So, i had to get the right screws, cut them to length, and drill through the bottom of the blaster, in the right spot , to get them to fit…
The screws are non-standard 2.5mm … hello northside fasteners.
M3 wasn’t going to fit.
Anyway, the lower rail receives the screws, through the holes in the bottom of the blaster…
The WE TECH M92 has the holes in the blaster pre drilled…have to locate and drill these yourself…
step 1: cut heads off screw, have small amount of thread just protruding, in both holes…to stamp and mark…
Marked some chalk onto the bottom of the blaster…located, and whacked with a mallet…marks and indentations left behind…enlarge with a holepunch, then drill… ( easy to drill through nylon).
Drill through that…nearly a perfect fit…
front screw screw went perfectly in…rear hole needed a bit of drilling out to get screw aligned properly…
Fits perfectly, right…!?
Nice snug holes, no slop, screw tapped thread onto the nylon on the way through…all fine.?
Right…??
Nope…Murphy dont let you off so easily…
Notice the flush fit, with the rail and the base…no gaps…as intended.
However, what is a perfect fit for the WE tech…is not what is required here…
When i put it back together… i npticed the moderator had some resistance aligning. I had to push the slide back to get the moderator holes to align for the bolt.
When i fired…it cycles…but gels were coming out at about 80 fps…
WTF.?.?
I removed the moderator, and it performed properly…
The moderator was putting some backward pressure on the slide, and screwing things up.
The whole rail system, had to move forward about 2mm, to get pressure off the slide…
easiest way… enlarge holes in nylon blaster…move them forward, so rail can move forward…
That perfect threaded hole, was wasted…
This was delicate drilling, so i used my dental unit…high speed handpiece…
rear hole done…
Bye Bye nice front hole…front hole done…
Now the rail fits in a more forward position…
Note the gap at the front, between rail and blaster slot…
Anyway, it all went back together properly…nothing catches / no interference…
Cycles properly and perfoms well now…
Using ihobby blues, it fires pretty well.
Using the upgraded spring, it sits in the 220-230 range…pretty good.!
It does have some feeding issues at times, due to internal congestion in the triangular top of the magazine…
“There can be only one” … gel at the top.
if it jams, sometimes a 2nd pull of the trigger clears it.
If not , pull the mag out, and assist the gel to the top, by a push on the spring.
So… in review… EBB M92…
Come get some…!!
Not perfect, but good value for money, and good performance for a EBB.
Feeding might be sorted with better gels / controlled growth…
I’ll let someone else research that.
They are great little pistols, cant go wrong for the $$.
The kits allow dress up functionality, and increase appeal.
I’m so tempted, to put this on FB marketplace…for stupid $$…
$900…one of a kind masterpiece custom…!! Get in RE fans…!!
Same for Robocop…!!
You never know, it could pay for my recent orders…!!

Nice work, Beemer. ![]()
Looks really good. ![]()
You wanna buy it…??
Special price…
Only $899…!!

I am almost tempted to do FB marketplace…just for laughs…
Consider it entertainment…and see what happens…!!
![]()
Robocop and Burton special combo…
$1999…!!!
I’ve seen weirder on FB Marketplace, man… ![]()
Still, not quite as stylish as a P90 with Austin Powers’ penis pump hanging off it… ![]()

“How did that get there? It’s not mine… honestly!”
For @RokSolid and @AKgelblaster …
here are some good close up pics of the blasters.
You can use these images as promo pics, for the EBB’s listing when they arrive, if you like…
The upgrade springs work well…maybe carry some of those as well.
And the kits, if people are interested… i think Robo would be popular…and its cheap.
At the end of the day, its good to have a knock about Gen2 burton…
scratch it , scuff it…who cares…go for the “worn look”…
haha ok you done it again, I just backfired. So funny

@BME look at you go, make a fit her and turn it in to shit in no time

I can’t stop laughing haha
50 shades of black time…!!
Thinking of sanding and painting the 3d printed Robo kit…
to get rid of the plasticy 3d print look…
Now what shade of black, and which combo of clear coat.?.?
![]()
Black is Back…!!
Coming soon, to a kit near you…!!

actually, the whole front looks like itssnapped off, and been araldited back on…
This is my previos kele build…before i dropped it , and cracked the base…
Glossy black, overall…!!
I cant remember what paint i used… i think rustoleum gloss black…
That’s full size / full scale…
I’ll have to redo/ finish that Kele model properly one day…
new grip and repaint, fix the slight upward anngle of the barrel, and get screws that reach…
And get the mag to retain properly…
A bit of fettling reqd…all for manual action 140 fps…!!
What you dropped it. Butter fingers

Bunch of burton bits ordered, to build up a gen 1 burton…
Lets see how it goes through the “postal process”…
