Welcome aboard. Be interesting to hear what the blaster scene is like in your country.
Plenty to read here, search for or just ask. Somebody will know something.

Welcome aboard neighbour!
Always good to hear from people in different countries and hear their stories and experiences with this hobby, as well as the foam dart scene as well
Plenty of good people with plenty of experience here always willing to lend a hand, so don’t be shy and looking forward to hearing more about yourself
Hey people! Just dusted off the couple of GBB pistols i bought a few years ago and it’s rekindled my interest in the hobby. As a member of the old forum, it’s great to see that it has been resurrected to its former glory. I look forward to catching up with all the latest developments in the wonderful world of gel blasters.
Welcome back!
Good to see the old forum characters finding their way here again.
Welcome back!
I remember you.
Hei hei, I’m Zilla. I’m very interested in the sport of gelsoft and airsoft and even though I’m located in Western Australia, one of the most hopeless parts of the world when it comes to all this stuff I’m hopeful that some kind of miracle will come along to get rid of all these useless and redundant bans on toy guns.
Hi mate, welcome to the Circus, and the Clowns should all be here to welcome you soon!
Fellow West Aussie here, and totally agree that we got shafted the same as many other Gelball enthusiasts around the Nation
Legislation changes in WA has a big thread here which would be beneficial for you to check out in regards to the situation here.
Let me know where you are located in WA, as is a bloody big State!
Ohh nice nice, I can’t give out my exact location obviously but I’m in the north western suburbs of perth, about a half hour from the cbd. I’ve been following all that legislation stuff sort of on and off since about mid 2021 and seeing all the crazy gymnastics the local government does to keep these things away from us is mind blowing, really glad to see that people are still putting up a fight for this stuff, hopefully I can try to help in any way I can, cause granted I’m much more into airsoft than gelsoft but getting gels legalized is a very important first step in getting airsoft legalized, and to be honest, I’ll take anything I can get at this point lmao.
Thanks for the great response telling us a little more about yourself
I have been part of the whole Airsoft/Paintball scene in Western Australia since the very early 1990’s, playing with Airsoft before it got prohibited, then many years of Paintball until it got too costly, so then embraced the Gelblaster scene that got ADDED to the already existing Airsoft/Paintball Clubs until that too got taken away the same as Airsoft years prior
Spent a LOT of time and money through various Clubs and Committees fighting the Legislation from every conceivable angle that we could, and even though we had major WINS in the Western Australian Supreme Courts, that asshole Papsmear just laughed in the face of Federal Laws and changed State Laws to suit his agenda in losing his case in the Supreme Courts
Won’t ask you specifics of where you live, but is handy to have another trooper available in our campaign to put pressure on our local Parliament Members to build higher backing for our cause
Gosh that’s crazy, seems wa was alot more lax 20 or so years ago, sucks that I wasn’t around to experience it. I’ll try my best to help the cause in any way I can cause I truly am passionate about all of this. Are there any groups I can join to keep up to date? cause finding this forum alone was pure dumb luck haha.
There’s not really any groups left after the total banning of Gelblasters in WA
It’s all down to individuals like you and me to continue to put pressure on our local Government Members to keep the plight alive and not forgotten.
If you Google WA Gelbaster forums/Clubs/Spacebook/Reddit/Discord etc, you will find many more WA enthusiasts who haven’t given in and are still fighting the fight… hence why I’m so happy that you have found your way here as another WA Gelbaster enthusiast
I can only help in regards to hooking you up with information as to how to do your part to continue to lobby for the Gelbaster hobby in WA
that does make sense. Either way thanks alot for the warm welcome, I’ll try and chip in to conversations wherever and whenever I can.
A warm welcome to the group, man.
If you can’t have blasters you might as well have the next best thing and get involved in all the lunacy that goes on in here.
Welcome Zilla, plenty to read around here, at least they can’t ban that.
There’s also the friday night pink skirt wearing competition that is a hoot along with best foot shot in photo competition
thank god the forum is back I cant even remember if this was my old tag but glad to see some familiar names
discord just does my head in
Great to see another old familiar face has found their way back to the Circus
Discord isn’t for everyone, especially when it’s full of more Clowns than we got here to deal with!
Certainly nice to have the old format back and a great bunch of the old crew back together again
Sup all, here from the states
I hope those Australian gel laws get removed soon!
Hi there, welcome aboard
Welcome to the madhouse!
Great to hear from more international Gelblaster enthusiasts
