I’m U.K. based, and I’ve been waiting over 3 months for a ‘5-7 days’ refund. Got told 2 days after order they had no stock, 2 days later they took the money. A month later I lost patience and asked for the refund. There’s plenty of words that describe traders behaving like this & I’m pretty sure none of them are allowed here. Matthew, read your emails and refund your customers.
Yep, this is the uk version tac toys i swear.
Appears to be picking up quite the fan club….
The site said they couldn’t issue a refund due to problem with vendor (this is after waiting 10 working days).
Offered to send refund via bank transfer…waited a good a good few days and received nothing.
Then told the refund would be going through by Stripe so could take a while. Waited over a week and still no refund!
Scammers, liars or whatever you want to call them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I got my refund back through my bank.
All they seemed to do at BlasterMasters was lie and stall.
I ordered their MCX since April 2024, and till Aug 2024 I requested for a refund because they always kept saying about stocks and stuff. I was advised 5-7 working days from 28 Aug and on 12 Sept 2024, i emailed them again about the refunds. They said they are processing but not complete but it seems so strange and should not take that long. Not only that several times they take a slow reply or no reply at all. (They claimed they replied all emails which don’t happen in my case.) Then i share with them by specific date i receive no response i boycott their company. I share on reddit post about my bad experiences, guess what? They wasn’t liking it, and sending threats instead, and showing unprofessionalism handling the issues. Now i got blocked by them and currently they holding my funds with no way getting it back. No matter how they dislike my reviews, they should never block and withhold customer’s money which is wrong. here is the screenshot of their response.
Cycle of abuse.
D.A.R.V.O.

In plain daylight.
NO ONE, in buisness, would hold an account of $50 000, just for refunds.
FFS, how bad is your buisness, if you have to refund that much, that often…
His ‘policy’ of " i dont like you, no refunds" is in violation of a little thing, called the law.
But, scammers never follow the law, they just know how to circumvent it.
The lack of good spelling and pronunciation strongly suggests, an overseas dropshipper, who has little intention of ever shipping goods.
Except perhaps a few in the beginning, to build up some credibility.
And resorts to cheap veiled threats, to try to intimidate customers…
I’d steer well clear…
Definitely chase this up with your Bank/Financial Institution and put in a Fraud Claim against this “company”.
That email, with it’s badly written Pidgin English and threats, is plenty enough evidence to prove your case.
Good luck!
This kind of practice would definitely not wash here in Oz… consumer laws and all. Surely you’ve got legal recourse or a consumer rights body you can take this too? Fair Trade Commission? Legally, they can’t refuse a refund for a product of which you’re not in reciept. This is just intimidation and corporate bullyboy tactics.
With all the threatened legal action their lawyers must be busy people.
If it wasn’t so nasty it would almost be funny. Just got on the website and read the “Message From The CEO” guaranteeing customer satisfaction, fast despatch, full refunds if not received within the expected timeframe, etc etc.
Seems at odds with the majority of customer experiences we’re seeing in this thread.
Very much so.
Well what do you think @Friendly_Fire called that right even though we got called out.
I pay all my bills within 7 days of service rendered. That is standard NATO @Blastermastersuk
That is how business is run. Or run it into the ground see if I care
how’s he threatening legal action anyway when he’s the one screwing his customers over? I mean what’s he smoking?
smokescreen.
I doubt he could afford a lawyer.
Just bluffing tactics, to try to intimidate customers to not pursue things any further, for fear of “legal retaliation”.
Slander implies, spreading false information, to harm someone’s reputation.
If he’s proveablely guilty of the accusations, its then fact, and cannot be slander…
Even if he could, the legals wouldn’t be telling him he’s legally in the right.
And yeah, libel laws don’t apply to online reviews if the review is truthful and can be substantiated.
Bad business model.
Buy a model of blaster even if only 20. Have them in stock, then advertise. Sell well, buy more. Listen to your customers what they want.
I listen to my customers. I don’t drop ship sheep months after they are dead
I dunno…
Might not be a bad idea, Maiphut could be popular in some Scandinavian countries. They don’t seem to mind eating rotting protein.
@Wayne230370 Do you have an update on your order? I haven’t even had a response to my last two emails. I ordered a week after you. I notice they’ve been quiet on Facebook, Reddit and on this thread for the past two weeks.
damn, another victim.
talk to your bank about a charge back to get your money back dude
Ive had no replys back so gone through bank for full refund which has been credited while they investigate the issues
Another one?
Sounds like turtle syndrome, pulling back into the shell for self preservation. Too much heat in the kitchen, perhaps?
Time to call in the lawyers.
You make war, with false slanders on me.
That’s it, you’re blocked now.
No soup for you…!!
