It’s regarding the company in the UK, Blastermasters.
Has anyone received their order from this company?
I’m getting a bit nervous since I placed my order a week ago, and I had some questions, but they haven’t responded to my emails.

Did you get your item/s yet, or an adequate reply from them? I made my order on September 10 (UK based) but have yet to receive any update. I have emailed them just now but the increase of poor reviews is worrying.

this is fraudulent company, they do not have stock, but continue to take customer orders through their website, they then fob off the unfulfilled customer orders by sending out generic emails with laughable excuses as to why they have no stock.

Matthew, you have not fulfilled my order number 1237 placed on 11th July 2024, you have not refunded me as I requested several times, you just send out generic “excuse” emails to buy more time, probably while you scam other customers. Beware you have been reported to the relevant authorities and I hope that your website get’s closed down and you’re sent to prison soon, you cannot accept orders / money knowing you have no stock, this is fraud!

What a load of shit. If you don’t have it in stock, don’t put it up on website for sale.

Correct. and we do. our stock levels change on a weekly basis. Today we had 150 sr16s deliverd along with 15 other models to which most are already sold.
we do try to keep our stock levels correct and when we take a order we do try respond with in 24h with update as to wether its in stock or not.

Im very happy to answer any questions as i value all my customers.

we have hundreds of orders that have been completed in days and far fewer in longer.

We have noticed a spike in weekend anger so please on a monday im happy to discuss matters like i do every monday with any one.

All we ask is if you can allow us some timeon monday to catch up to emails.

we are taking on new staff as we speak as we aim for our customer service to improve with your help and motivation!

thank you for your rambling reply, you replied & agreed to my refund email on 4th September, you mentioned “5 -7 working days” for the refund process. Subsequently you are correct that I contacted you again last (Thursday actually) Friday as no refund had materialized for my order (placed 7th July). Having subsequently read your terrible reviews on Trust Pilot & Reddit and the couple of good reviews that I suspect you posted, I am not expecting a refund, you have a very self entitled attitude which is not conducive to customer service.

This site will take your money and then say item out of stock but rest assured, you will get item in 3-4 weeks.

3-4 weeks later, no item, no update etc etc so you ask for a refund.

Had to go through my banks fraud department to get my refund.

I’ve just joined up to add to the other posts and warn others.

I 10000000% definitely would NOT recommend this company!

Hmmmm… yeah, I think we’ve got a pretty good idea from all the previous posts from unsatisfied customers… from the content of this post it seems there’s a common thread in all the gripes… pretty consistent.

Any retailer of any product giving all their assurances and saying all the right things means absolutely donuts if they’re not backed up with action in line with those reassurances. :man_shrugging:

We can only hope that there are other retailers in the UK that can provide UK based enthusiasts with good quality gear and service to match… it’s gratifying to see gelsoft kicking off in other countries. :+1:

I got an email after 2 weeks advising they were asking all customers to wait 2-3 weeks before tracking is provided (unclear whether this meant from order date or a further 2-3 weeks from the email date) and now we’re coming up to 4 weeks (since order date) with nothing further.

It would be interesting to know if Scott5592, Malpolon or HongKongBunny ever got their items / refund in the end. I am assuming they did else they would have commented again. I still hold out hope for my order!

Placed order 1st September been chasing order keep being told stock will be in end of September still no order just emailed again got a reply going to get stock due in next week so still in hope and waiting been ofered to get refund but going to wait
