Nope. He and his team blacklisted me for boycotting them so i have no where get my refund back. Strangely earlier this post and even facebook, they got their products and some refunded which taken place earlier this year, either they hire people to comment or somethings really fishy going on here.
It’s not uncommon for these dodgy “retailers” to have accomplices post fake comments and reviews online to make themselves look “legitimate”.
Hopefully you can still manage to work with your bank and get a full refund
One question did someone get the refund back from your bank?
UK based here - I bank with NatWest and got my refund ok.
I was unlucky enough to buy just before all the bad reviews flooded in, but lucky enough that the site going down etc happened shortly after my purchase so I was able to put in my claim in good time.
I also paid on a credit card.
I filled in the initial form (where you cannot put much detail). After a week I got an email asking for more info. I advised the company no longer appears to be trading. I linked to the dead website, to this website and the bad comments, to Trust Advisor and the bad reviews, and to Reddit threads with bad comments. I also included email evidence of me asking for updates and refunds, as well as the initial order confirmation email.
I got my refund about 10 days after that email. It comes with a warning saying that they can take the money back up until February if 1) the vendor can prove they did fulfil the transaction or 2) the vendor refunds me separately in the meantime. Fat chance of either of those things happening!
Good luck on getting refunds to all of you guys still waiting. This has taught me to always use a credit card or PayPal!
This is a very important piece of advice for ANY payments made online
