JinMing MP5K

It’s just a good old rizer but on a longer barrel within the suppressor

Just curious, @Wombat

How is your MP5k holding up, over time.?

Been used at a few games / has it had a bit of use??

Wondering how it’s holding up…?

Holding up fine. Loose selector switch only mechanical issue. Limited mag capacity is a real pain. Been hit a few times because mag was out

Good to know…thanks.!
Sounds like a drum mag would be good for games…

you must have got a Wednesday build

moi? not so lucky with the 2 that I purchased.

I must have gotten a Wednesday build too… mine’s a pearler. No issues at all. :person_shrugging:

Inbound hot, if I forgot it fuck it haha

dammit … how did i luck out so bad. And of course no spare parts from iHobby. I havent thrown out a blaster before but this pair are pretty close to the wheely bin at this point.

uggh … every time i see the boxes in the garage waiting for ‘something’, my heartrate jumps 20bpm.

CBFd with this kinda shite.

You can throw them in my wheelie bin

Dang - beat me too it

lol - i do have two!

Im going to hang for a bit longer hoping iHobby part out some of their stock and i can get new gearboxes.

If not, you can have one each

@gti2022 You sure they can’t be fixed? :person_shrugging:

What exactly is the problem with them? If we can help you get them choochin’ that’s much more preferrable to binning them.

At the very least they make a very cool wall hanger. :+1:

Thanks FF - ill get some notes together on the issues with each and post them up.

I do have my Wells MP5K as the wall hanger though  That still works a treat too.

Stay tuned!

Bear in mind we can’t reinvent the wheel, plus I don’t have a wheelie bin so it gets burnt :joy:  :+1:

Has anybody pulled them apart yet, and had a good look at them.?

Do you know what the fault is.?

It may be simpler than you think…and fixable…

Usually a problem with fitment of gears. Pinion not meshing was the issue with the one I had replaced under warranty

Which replacement gears, work with JM.??
just standard v2 gears.?
