MK Tactical vector CNC gearbox

Did you contact him before doing a google review?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering…I ordered two of these about a month and a half ago now (4th Mar) but haven’t heard back from them, despite very politely emailing and facebook messaging a few times now to check in how everything was coming along.
Anyone else had any luck speaking with the owner? Or any insider ways to get into contact? Haha
Thanks everyone

Very odd, poor form. I have been hovering over getting another one… or two of these gearboxes for a while, only thing holding me back is I have a few jobs and projects to get through before I take one more… hopefully you hear back from MK soon!

Websites gone, no updates on Facebook. Anyone with Info?

Thanks @RokSolid for the input.
Just as an update, still hadn’t received any reply over a month later. Then as @puckRfactor mentioned, the website is gone, so I just immediately filed a dispute with the credit card. Immediately approved and case closed.
Hopefully other members/customers have had better success. But agreed, odd, poor form indeed, especially considering the good feedback on the forum previously. Unexpected things can happen in life and people can be very forgiving, but the lack of communication is probably the most disappointing and unacceptable part.
If it’s helpful to anyone to perhaps ask questions in person/investigate, their instagram page “MK Tactical Hobbies” has their physical business address listed. Though it’s possibly also abandoned now lol

That’s a bugger, I’ve spoken to the fellow and he is a good guy but I’m not in contact with him these days.

Sounds like something has changed as everyone may get life troubles that take priority. Would be nice though if he spoke up here like he has before so consumers are aware.

I’m pretty shocked that a business as highly respected as MK TACTICAL would go silent in this industry towards their customers.

I hope that it’s only something temporary and that they are still able to continue operating within this Hobby, as it would be a great loss if they were to disappear. :disappointed_relieved:

Well it’s been a while since anyone said anything about a vector… the “vector guy” is about to be back at it!

Bought a couple of vectors yesterday… and some parts… and over the weekend ordered a bunch of CNC MK Tactical vector gearboxes.

While MK Tactical may not longer exist on the web… he is still able to make some gearboxes for me, legend!

So there will be stock of these on AKgelblasterau.com

And I have one customer likely to order a full build involving one, would be also nice to do my wife’s original vector with one too but depends on if I ever get time for my stuff again!

The original build here still goes hard. Has been running a T238 25k brushless motor with 13:1 gears short 4 teeth, and an m110 clocking a neat 25rps 320-330fps… best of all a full game day only uses about 1200Mah of battery!

The original build with CNC box I’d love to convert back to folding stock and take small battery in the grip, given it runs so efficient.

I would then like to build one with an extended handguard suppressor setup and longer barrel to get some nasty fps possibilities, and basically full the LMG role!

A quick view of the dire state of my life as a vector tech at the start of things to come!

The Vector’s definitely one of my favourite blasters to work on. Not nearly as difficult as most people think…

Le Hui could have just shoved any old gearbox into that shell but the fact that they designed a gearbox around the Kriss recoil mitigation design is something special.

Got a fair soft spot for Le Hui… I like the way they incorporate MOSFETs into a lot of their units to give us options like three round burst. The Vector, Steyr, Sig 552 Commando for example.

They also get major brownie points too for not having a single M4 in their production line up. :+1:

And why I love my LeHui AUG. Few quirks and out of the ordinary for average joe with some nuisances.

Still rock and rolls today though :+1:

Like things a bit different. Or a challenge. Or whatever people want to call it. This fkn thing doesn’t work comes up often  :v: :+1:

I don’t mind LeHui stuff. It’s all a little different, and does leave some improvements for me to make.

The old LeHui Augs were awesome at their time and still work fine.
I remember a squad of lads at a field all rocking them and at a time when 300fps made you a good on the fields these dudes where killing it! Quite a few of them shooting a bit over and really well.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a HK417 from LeHui in my collection …I mean I’d rather the E&C one, but not at a $400 price difference

I remember the ex ADF police officer registering mine and the lady. Trying to strip mine down oh the pin is not right on the back. They loved it though. Electric not bang bang is in there under the butt pad.

Besides mrs SAPOL what are you doing tonight she was hot
