Yeah, agreed @Maiphut … looking at that pic of the angled clamps you’d think they’d stay parallel under load. 
It’s a great bit of CAD design you’ve done there @DChapo… while it’s an interesting talking point as to why the spread of the clamps changes, in reality, it doesn’t detract from an A-Class bit of kit you’ve punched out.

Something unintentional I noticed with this design is if you pull it from the base it pivots and easily pops out, but if you try and pull it from the middle or top you’re fighting the full clamping force of the top and it’s a lot harder, not sure if that comes across clearly in the video or not though.

Just a heads up, I just sold my printer so I won’t be able to do any more iterations for a little while.
I will be getting a new printer in the near future though, in the process of moving so was a good time to lighten the load and upgrade after.
No problemo DC. I’ve got 2 x V2 versions at home to play with (gave one away) plus the ones in the post now so ample time for more field testing.

Were you able to get to a game after that massive storm that came through?
The weather must have scared everyone off, so the player count was pretty low. Honestly though, it made for a great day — teamwork and strategy came together nicely without getting lit up from every angle. Not ideal for the field operator trying to keep the lights on, but definitely fun for us out there.
Scored a couple of quick grenade kills, this holder is also great if you decide not to deploy your grenade, instead of faffing about with the pin it just clips back into the holder. even snuck in a couple of knife kills — oh so satisfying

Numbers can be fun, but honestly some of the best days I’ve had were with lower player numbers!
Smaller groups tend to be a bit more social and friendly towards opposing team members too.
