Real Steel Thread

Come quietly, or there will be……trouble.!!

Such a classic line.!

I still have to import another grip shell from tray wick…
That drop that left a chip and small crack in it….

OCD….damn you.

A whole lotta dremelling / sanding / painting again…

Also there is this…

One piece model, from hollywood collector group.
They also make a robocop helmet…

The Helmet is not my cup of tea…but someone will want it.

Not gonna lie, The pistol is nicely finished.
Made from Polystone, a combo of resin and plaster/stone…gives it weight, and enables a nice smooth, polished finish.
Should be quite durable…though no moving parts i assume.

The stand is nice, too…

And, lets not forget the airsoft bladerunner special they make…

None of which is real steel… so i’ll shut up now…!!

That AUTO 9 would look great on the shelf :+1:

i,m considering it…

My M93r conversion…is a lil bit flimsy.
I had to dremel the buggery out of the grip, to get the m93 to fit inside.
Its now very , very thin…

One drop, one knock…crack… as proven.
Lets not forget high heat, as well.

The Auto 9 is not outlandishly expensive…good finish, good stand…

It’ll last forever…

Dang it, B709 time…!!

Yea price is not horrible. Cheaper than the helmet.

Go for it :+1:

Those stands would be pretty easy to knock up, gotta say.

@BME If you buy one, let’s make up a silicone mould and mass produce… a bit of timber, some Tamiya paint and… Boomshanka!

Robocop goodness right there.

Couple of RC shocks for the supports… :joy:

Has anyone had any background or experience with this company/rifle?

Only read a bit about it.

Been following the Eureka with interest… until I see the $3600 price tag, uh no thanks.

Eureka Gun Company – The Stockade

watched the vid thanks. Looks like a bit of a PITA to cycle a straight pull vs a bolt action but i guess practice makes perfect. The commentor suggests it takes all AR-mods that connect to the upper so theoretically could add

I cant find an inverse picatiny to rail adapter but perhaps this could be drilled/tapped to match the factory screws (assuming theyre drilled) and flipped.

and then this added:

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/100337728?srsltid=AfmBOopQYFVhAU2-U4Lje2tpwy6KCfFvF2hPayU5bQadGhh1aYqm-XJ4&pid=457646

The picatiny-rail adapter would raise the rear sight in the carry handle so not sure if the a-frames front post could be wound out enough to compensate.

Anyhow … all real steel parts. no AS/GBB crap. Hell of a project but would be a pretty sweet build in 14" .223 WYLDE

Hmm be a bit of a project. :+1:

About to renew my licence, that’ll be $487 for 5 years thanks :face_with_peeking_eye:

Yeh im due soon too

Bonuschars

Interesting…

if this work , i can buy it for that price cause a fuqqin baikal double barrel ( that i own ) is about 4000$

New Glock V models. Nothing changed except homeboyz can’t put auto switches on them :joy:

Say Goodbye to Glock, Say Hello to Glock V | thefirearmblog.com

i won’t buy these , hehehehe
( gimme the 18 c or i’ma make the 17 full auto )

there must be millions of G17 v4s on the legal secondhand market in the US. Litterally millions including police surplus etc. The v5 wont solve the switch issue for those who want it.

Yeah, late to the party to solve that problem!
