Okay…so the bits arrived today.
first things first…flip to centre mounts…
The Clatter Carbine setup, is a figment of Capcoms imagination.
As presented, the magnifier and reddot dont line up.
The image presented, appears to be side flip magnifier…FTC mounts dont look like that…
It was likely just a “cool image” they ran with…
The real FTC mounts, are an ungainly affair…
They hang off uncleanly, to the side until flipped up.
Then, you need an elevator, to reach the red dot…!!
Must be designed to clear a tall vertical carry handle , or something.
I prefer the clean look of the FTSide mount…aligned cleanly with the centreline, only flipping a small amount away when required.
So, FTC mount was discarded.
The riser was a close match…but the magnifier doesn’t align with the red dot.
Oh well, aesthetics…

So, FTC idea discarded.
Thankfully only a cheapy etsy part…you dont know, until you try…
Could hire it out as a cherrypicker…!!
So, back to standard config, with the raised Red dot…
Bit of fettling required, to get the Reddot to fit the mount.
Gotta cut a screw back…bring out the dremel.
PEQ box is pretty good, and finishes the look.
No pressure switch on that, just a button on top. Simples.
Torch ( not super bright, but OK) and adjustable laser.
You can actually see the laser, unmagnifed, through the red dot.!
Awaiting torch to arrrive.
The "acro " red dot clone is not the best quality actual dot.
Unmagnified, its ok…but magnification turns the small red dot, into a larger blurry circle.
The smaller pistol red dots, keep there red dot tight and small, under magnification.
I might get another pic rail mount, and mount a pistol red dot, aligned with the magnifier.
Two interchangeable red dot options…
1: Raised mount dot, out of alignment, for game model aesthetics…
2: Pistol Dot and magnifier aligned…for actual use.
We’ll see…
So, torch to go yet…when it arrives.
All in all, a pretty good replica…
I could black out some white text…and look for the “corrugated panel” on the side.

Glad ROK went " full send" on it…it is a very capable unit, which sounds great.
For the high fps, it does like summercat greens, and spread is not too bad…
