True, I haven’t played with those models above. Sounds like they are mostly for dust collection on the shelf from BME and your description.

FINALLY GOT MY WEAPONS DISPLAY FINISHED

Geez…if they’re all GBB…then that’s like $12k worth of gel toys…

They are indeed all GBB but I didn’t pay full retail for all of them. 2nd hand market and shop sales saved me a fair bit. Still a lot for toys but ya only live once . My real steel collection puts these to shame tho

Of course, they are all GBB…

Green leaf

This is a gardening website, right…??

Nice to know that…

  1. someone’s always got a bigger collection…

  2. gas models in a/soft, are just as crappy and leaky as ours.!
    M16/ M203 review says it all…!!

Well ours are usually just conversions of softair units so it’s only natural they wouldn’t fix any issues while they’re at it :smiling_face_with_tear:

Me likey the M14  especially the action, great rendition of it.

C02 mp40 looks and sounds the goods…
Stock looks sturdy too…

It would have to be robust build, for a cycling gas blowback…

Whooosh… long long time between drinks on this thread…

I recently gave away a bunch of blasters because… well, just because…

Mostly full sized and bigger, because I seem to have developed a bit of a passion for nuggety little suppressed SMGs these days. :person_shrugging:

Even the M4s get castrated and made into shorties

Easy to see I’m fond of vert grips too. :joy:

The MP5 looks wicked, nicely done :+1: :+1:

Where’s the MP7? Not complete without one

Ha! Gave a BF MP7 away.

Was never really a big fan of MP7s… and from what I’ve heard the LDT MP7s are a bit of a nightmare to work on. :person_shrugging:

Might pick up a decent P90 and maybe a Sig MPX down the track… maybe not… and I plan on building another (better) version of a Gen 8 Scorpion EVO3. Still have to revamp the FS2000 bullpup too. :+1:

People have an odd affinity with the MP7 that I just don’t get.
They don’t work for me as far as ergonomics go I think they are just odd.

I do have an old BF MP7 with a few mods, works well and shoots well, just never cared much for the MP7.
And yeah, I can’t recommend the LDT one unless you really want a nice MP7 and don’t plan on using it much. Working on them is a long winded process, performance is limited, and the design is that the tappet plate gets destroyed if the return spring goes- which at some point they will… oh and the mosfet isn’t know for lasting forever and you can NOT get spares.

I do want to grab the latest P90, and could go for an MPX too. You would think at some point you would call it “enough” lol.

They say less is more, but more is more, and I want more!

a young boy is holding a bowl of soup in front of a group of children .

:joy:

@RokSolid Agree with you on the ergos of an H&K MP7, matey… 100%

Best part about gel is, the performance of different blasters usually ends up roughly the same, so practicality, mag size, ergos and aesthetics become the determining factors. For me, feeling comfortable and intuitive in use is the biggest requirement… probably why I’m an MP9 fan. They just fit like a glove. :+1:

For example, I always wanted a Thompson SMG… until I shouldered Beemer’s and said “Ah hell no!” Good ol’ General John Thompson must have had a physique like the Elephant Man’s if that particular design’s considered ergonomic.

I find the blocky grip and mag arrangement awkard and unpleasant on the MP7.

Oh yeah the thommy’s ergos are awful. Same for me, always wanted one… got one and well… looks good on the wall, no desire to skirmish with it! How far we have come.

G36 and MP5 are awesome feeling things, some things HK did nail at least!

Had a bit of a fondle of my mate’s DENIX replica fitted with the drum magazine.

Very heavy, awkward and unpleasant to hold or operate controls.:face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Can see why so many Yanks were ditching them and trying to get their hands on an OWEN!

Don’t know what you’re talking about.
Restraint is my middle name…

:rofl::rofl::crazy_face:

If less is more…I guess that makes me a minimalist…!

As for the thommies…

“Lovely to look at, woeful to hold…
Fits in a pulse rifle…so consider it sold…!!”

:rofl::rofl:

Hanke model was good value, compared to vas’s…

After second look at my collection I realised it’s pretty much boring and big only because of times when my expectations were low. Whatever.

So

DK killer Innovations P320 with Sotac Trijicon RMR sight. Two nuts on top made me think I can just screw on the sight, but no, had to use glock adaptor. Still great handgun considering the price.

Xiao Yue Liang S&W revolver. Unfortunately don’t hit far and barell tend to stuck. I bought it at times when it was literally the only handgunblaster available on local market.

LeHui Tavor x95. Bought just few days ago because price was low. Got a bit disappointed by performance but there’s no way to return it and it’s not THAT bad anyway. Planning to put some cheap sight, vertical grip and spraypaint the body in tan

Handi AKS74 (although it’s actually AKS74U) were bought for same reason a year ago. Proprietary body up to dust cover button being higher than usual for no reason kills any room for external upgrades, but dovetail turned out to be functional and rubber pad fit buttstock well. Sight is that call of duty lvl1 monstrosity distributed by Bo(r)ner

I were obligated to do it. And I’m proud of it.

Tiangong ARP9s, these two showed the difference between Lu Jun and serious blasters (although performance is the only difference). One accomplished with printed stock adapted that houses ass I borrowed from FJS MK8. Oh, and Remington sight on top. Both with fire emitters, one says 5.56, other says Blackwater. Which one is more cringe? Up to you.

LeHui MP9, got a month ago, printed “silencer”, magwell, and quickpull. Planning to adapt ARP9 barell mag on it, yes it’s possible. Oh, and some very bad 552 eotech clone.

FJS MK8, currently the most expensive blaster I own. I slapped on it fire emitter, aluminium buffer tube, printed tags, GL-CORE butt and vortex clone sight of tolerable quality. Quickpull is shop’s gift. Currently in search of vertical grip that would satisfy me more than stock one, and maybe a pistol grip.

Disfunctional ones.

BingFeng P90 with cheapest Holy Warrior sight. For some reason can’t fire the balls out no matter what, it just stucks in barrel. Gearbox also sounds weird, reassemble didn’t help.

Handi Tec 9, bought it only to mess with printer. Charging handle keep failing. I reassemble it, it works fine, then it just don’t. Also it’s WIP, can’t find screws for stock and upper needs proper sanding and painting. Oh, and inner barrel need to be extended.

Handi… Something? Genuely forgot. Toy grade, but had fire emitter. On top of that painting orange parts was a mistake due to paint layer messing up fitting I simply forgot how to assemble it.

Toy grade blasters, I started small.

Interesting ones are
Lu Jun AKM, it pretty much got me interested in gelsoft.

Lu Jun AWP assault rifle. Assault, not sniper, otherwise I can’t explain low range and full-auto.

P90 produced by god knows who. Have you ever seen pump action SMG? Now you did.

Velcros. It don’t represent my political opinions, all were bought simply for being cool or funny.

Airsoft AK of unknown brand (most likely CYMA). Long story I’m not comfortable to share. Basically I don’t own it, but judging for how long I have it I start to question it. I got it in very bad state, battery were DOA, and everything that could wobble wobbled alot. Swapped battery, tighten up screws, and up to this day do nothing with it.

Multicam wizard hat. Can be turned into pirate hat as well.

I’m planning to expand my collection, what can I say for sure I’m totally buying RX White Storm.
