I’m not arguing it was a bet, only the fact there were no terms stipulated at the start of the agreement regarding penalties of both losing parties, only the offer you made of the pizza’s.
Therefore, I have upheld my end of the bet as there was no counter bet discussed in the original agreement lol
Then there’s also the fact you can’t change the terms of the bet after the fact, especially if not agreed to by both parties, that’s not how bets work
I just refinanced and gambled my life away. Why would I go to a fkn casino and do it again
Last time I hit a Casino was 25 years ago for my birthday. Put a dollar in and bang $70 back. You beauty drinks on me for the Mrs, brother and friends. Got plastered
I always win. Give you a call later BMW about that boxing match you want to have. Mind if I bring some friends joking of course
Check the contract, for the accruing interest payments…
" one additional slice, for each day or port thereof, wherein my client is denied the allocation of his pizza entitlements, after subsequent victorious completion of said bet".
@Maiphut you’re familiar with this brand, do you know if there’s a reset button besides going through the prompts once it passes through self test when it’s first fired up?
If you have the manual, go in to the settings and change it from the 6mm default to yours which is 7.3mm ish, and the weight to 0.23g. From the default a/s settings and you will be bang on the money and here comes BME sponsored Pizza
It’s a bit fiddly but if you have the supplied manual it is straight forward. The AAA batteries sometimes jiggle loose in their socket when it has a hissy fit.
As my lawyers strenuously maintain,
R/min was never specified in the afore-mentioned criteria.
Said wager was solely predicated, on the defendants Fps not living up to the sellers claimed specifications.
As such , as per the initial binding agreement, the wager is solely dependant on Fps reaching, or not reaching, the figures mentioned in the aforementioned claim.
R/min results are purely for educational and informative purposes, and not binding upon final determination.
