The Shit Pit

You’re right they did. Brain fart

curiously, how many of y’all are tatted up?

Thats not general Vic police activity, towards the general community…

They are just targetting, you…!!

Only 3 but have plenty more that I have drawn out the designs…… just never got around to getting them done.

Hoping my Daughter will do for me one day :sunglasses:

No but I am making plans, I want something pretty

Never felt the need to get tatts…
What do they really prove…?.

Nothing really, apart from, just look at me…

If anyone can get one, maybe not so special…

Let you actions, say all, about you…
If you must, the best Tatts , are the hidden ones…

Only special people, get to see them…

Having a few special , intimate ones, are alright…
For me, being covered in Tatts, ain’t my scene…

My thoughts alone, of course…

I never bothered, when my Grandpa showed me his tat he got during ww2 and how bad it looked 40 years later was enough to turn me off :joy:

mine are a mix of family and pop culture.

How will you look…40 years from now…
And … what do they really give you…?

More wrinkles, than inches…!!:joy:
Time to give it away…!,

The only tatts, I would ever consider…
Dad, miss you…
Mum, love you…

No need, for anything else

But, my actions , have already said it all, in my lifetime…
Nuff said…

It’s not really about proving anything, it’s just another form of expression, same as the clothes you wear, jewellery, makeup.

Everything rots so why not decorate your plain beige walls with meaningful art, something that makes you smile when you see it.

Some people like plain walls, and that’s fine, but if I own a wall I am gonna put something pretty on it, I like the chaos and expression of art.

There isnt any reason beyond that.

You might like tattoo’s tied to meaningful events, that mark actions in your life. Simple and neat, hidden away just for you and people close to you, Milestone markers. Other people want their favourite characters or shows represented, or symbols for their family, and some just want a piece of art.

Thats the fun of self expression, it only really needs to matter to you.

Plus if you have a tattoo of some character from a show, people who know them will bring it up to talk to you about, because you are presenting what you care about literally on your sleeves.

Okay.
personal opinion.

I just dont like big tatts…
I think they look …garish…
My personal opinion, of course…

If you wanna say something, make a statement, do it with your actions.
That says it, so much more, than any words…

And, once tatts are there, they are so hard to remove…
do yo think, you’ll look so hot, in 30 years time…??

look at all the wrinlkly sag bags, from 30 years ago…

Mick Jagger…???

I have some ink, don’t really give it much of a thought and often forget I have 'em… especially the one on the back of my neck

Still, they’re a part of me and my self expression, don’t regret getting any of them. And none of them were intended to make me look harder or send a message. All for me… :+1:

Get 'em, don’t get 'em… personal choice.

two of my friends…got discrete tatoos… 20 years ago, on a overseas trip…

They asked me , if i wanted to get the same…

“Nope…”

As you said, individual decisions… !!

Blank skin… is like a blank piece of paper…

Keep em guessing…what could be written there…
