Yeah I am still rocking my cr10s and an ender3 with the microswiss direct drive setup.
The cr10s is my main workhorse and barely touch the ender. I planned to set it up to print tpu but just never makes it to the top of my to do pile! I have everything except time to do it. One day.
In all honesty I would like to get a bambu, but while these work I just keep using them, even though they are a bit to be desired!
It get like that, you’ve had one for so long and for all its faults you don’t want to get rid of it. I procrastinated for months to get rid of my E5 S1, then I ended up getting an E3 S1 and was almost exclusively using that cause it did everything my E5 did and didn’t give me grief.
The E5 developed a bulging on the first few layers but then would come perfect for no apparent reason and nothing I did had any affect, a 3rd factory reset and relevel of the bed and it came good, took the chance to sell it to a tech and get the P1S and haven’t looked back. Still a mystery what caused it but
Had an old Aquila that outright refused to use a full metal hotend and would only print with the stock PTFE filled nozzle, another mystery I was never able to solve.
It will be a quality price to match such a quality product too I would imagine
There’s a lot of pennies to put in the piggy bank whilst waiting for the release date, but as you say, well worth the wait if they’re taking their time to do it all properly
Typical cut n paste descriptions
This is the sort of shite that makes it really difficult finding good information on new Blasters when they don’t even seem to proof read anything, simply parrot whatever everyone has written.
