10 or 12 is fine - if it feeds like crap and chews gels then it doesn’t matter what the capacity is.

The lads and lass over at customs will have a field day if they were to be imported. If you can be swatted for a magnifying glass with a picatinny mount, imagine what would happen if they found these in an undisclosed box. There would need to be a tremendous amounts of communication between the seller in the U.S, the importer and Customs.
No different than current gel blasters being imported. Or when gbb pistols came onto the market
