Wells 1911 seller

Is there literally anywhere that sells the old original wells 1911. Was one of the first gbb pistols to come out alongside the Glock. 17.

No idea if this place is legit but if so that price is laughable.

Anyone have one they want to sell or can you just not get them anymore!?

Are they consider a collector’s piece now or something

Why would you want one of these specifically?
Wells doesn’t have a very good reputation for their GBB blasters either, I think the only one I’ve heard semi decent things about was their MP5k.

Their GBBR’s are laughable.

Not sure why you would want one. The only gas pistol worse than this is the Well Glock!
Terrible in every aspect, the only reason a lot were sold is because they were first.

Wrong mag for a replica of a 1911 too, should have the slim mag.
I repaired so many of these at one time… getting enough parts to keep up was a struggle.
Also if you are in QLD, most of the year it is too hot to use c02, I suggest green gas, unless playing at night in winter. Part of the reason these failed so quickly.

If you want a wall hanger ask in the marketplace of reddit or the GSAU discord, there is likely someone who’d be happy to get rid of their paperweight for stuff all.

Not sure why I want one
Yeh I know there terrible
But I guess maybe because they were the very first lot to hit Aussie ?

Anyone here got one to sell?

Didn’t know Reddit had a sub forum to sell gel blastes

my son has one … doesnt work but as a piece is fine.

Pretty sure we’ve covered this before in a previous thread a few months back… they weren’t available then and they sure aren’t any more available now.

Once an old blaster goes out of production they’re gone… only option is the secondhand market. But why you would scour the marketplace looking for one of these shockers is the question you should be asking yourself.

The Well 1911 needed to go the way of tbe dinosaur… it was an absolute piece of shit.

I’m pretty sure i have one.

dont know if it works or not, been ages since ive looked at it.

Would you still want to buy one, even if it leaks.?

@Maiphut of course BME’s got one :joy::rofl:

I had one years ago… swapped it for a Gen 8.

I know who got the best end of THAT deal.

Well, it was one of the first ones around.

I also have a tac-edge hornet(?) glock clone, one of the first released.
It does full auto as well…

And, a Tactoys Elec blowback John Wick Glock 34.
It came in the big, exclusive Tactoys branded box.

Guess its a valuable collectors item now…!!

The tax man will want to repossess the “Coins” included, for back taxes…!!

I remember those TaccyToys John Wick con jobs… sorry, I meant coin jobs… or did I?:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Don’t know anything about John Wick, so the coin thing seemed like a really cheap and Taccy (pun intended) Rory marketing gimmick addition to add to the Pistol.

Never really heard much about their reliability, performance or actual quality as a true replica, but coming in a TaccyToys box, I would expect that they were more a wall hanger than a usable Pistol

got mine 2nd hand.
The “coins” featured in the movie, the assasins earned them, to redeem for services.

Elec blow back of 3DG ilk, 200 fps performer

Cheers, I didn’t know this, hence my confusion about the relationship between coins and Gelbasters :joy:

If you were wanting it as a display piece there’s a number of KLE variants for less than $200, a functioning blaster there’s any number of better options, but if you were just wanting it as a piece of history it’s probably a part better left forgotten.

Dont you listen to the naysayers, and doomsdayers no how…!!

The wells is a fine piece of engineering perfection, and rare historical item to boot…!!

As finely made as a swiss watch ( well, a chinese copy anyway), and im not exaggerating, because i have one for sale…!!

All jokes aside, i do have one.
It does work, but also leaks.

I put a co2 cylinder in it, and it did about 20 dry fires before it emptied.
Which is why i never bothered using it…minimal use.

A few marks on the grips one side, where i was trialing some gold paint / remover. A new set of grips would finish it off.

If your heart is set on one, you can have it for $100.
Pickup only, i’m northside near north lakes, can meet at xforce…

Speaking of historical items, check out the " Black Hornet".

This was one of ( the first?) of Tac edge’s GBB’s.

Co2, semi and full auto… i need to get another oring for it, to have it seal properly…

Weapon of choice, for the brown hornet…!!
