That makes sense, plenty of Australian vehicles sent to South Africa during those years.
That’s where most Genuine GT Falcons and Monaro’s are being found and exported back into Australia by keen enthusiasts these days

That’s pretty cool, didn’t know that.
I remember when holden was making the 2 door Commodore Monaro I did a tour of their plant and they were just gearing up to send them to the USA and had already been exporting the new Monaro to the Middle east like Dubai for a year with great success along with Caprices.
“Warfare” on Amazon Prime… set during the Iraq comflict, the battle of Ramadi.
Gritty, realistic and about as close to real combat as you’d ever want to get.
I’m about to go watch some Boats go around in circles.
Probably a lot of good stuff like what you posted that I’m missing out on, but just can’t bring myself to sit in front of a Television after all these years avoiding them!
Brilliant!
That didn’t take long.
Can’t believe nobody else has said this before - Alien Earth.
Just watched the 1st ep and its pretty good.
Cheers will have to check it out instead of spamming these forums
I might wait for the full season to come out, and do a free trial of disney+…
I don’t wanna raise my expectations too high…
Yeah fingers and toes crossed for the rest of the season to not dive in quality.
Had a brief interlude in my pile of work to go watch the new Naked Gun.
I loved it. If you liked the originals, it is loaded with the same style of deadpan slapstickery humour.
Liam Neeson does a great job at being Leslie Nielsen’s successor in the part. His serious tone in a comedy set works very well.
Alien : Earth
Watched a bit of the first episode but couldn’t get into it. Maybe when I’m not running a fever…
Mixed reviews online about it, but I reckon it shows some promise. Easy to see Ridley Scott had nothing to do with it though.
Try BSG.
Good time to give it a whirl…
Can’t get my muddled up head around much at the mo… TV’s the last thing on my muddled mind.
Not a light watch even in the best of times - just so much to absorb per episode, the setting, the scenery, the lore, the acting, the character studies and the overall story it actually wants to tell. The series creator wrote Fargo the TV series so if you’ve seen those then its a good primer to know what to expect.
Probably good that its a weekly release - would get some mental fatigue if I tried to binge it.
Fargo was a great series… so if this is by the same creator, it’s definitely worth a look.
Here’s somethin’ different an’ funky fo’ yo honky asses…
Like it says in the comments, you’ll grow an afro just listening to it.
Ohgh good god, get lil funky now I’ve been trying to grow an AFRO to keep my fkn head warm
Not working out so well, just look like Shaggy
What I’m watching is UNBELIEVABLE!
You all know I don’t watch TV/Movies, so have come for a drive to “watch” the freezing cold gale force winds and bucketing rain up at the Weir.
And FOOK ME, there’s a woman who just turned up and went for a nice “refreshing” swim!
A bit of backstroke around the Bouy…
You will have to zoom in a bit, but we must have had some Poms move into town recently!
… or Russians!
Fck that!
