What Did You Get Up To Today?

Arm pump strap black thing can’t go over 100 beats per minute or you in danger zone of heart attack.

Throw that shit in the bin that is not what Doctors use. Don’t even need it count your pulse in a minute. Must be below 100BPM

“Bourbon and Coke”… I’m putting my money on Jim Beam as the root of all your problems! :astonished::rofl:

wild turkey was the culprit…8% premix cans.

Its been over 6 months without, and i feel terrific and dont miss it.!

The cuff i use is an electric one, used by doctors in GP offices, same brand
Quite accurate. It gave me the higher readings that i saw before.

I dont have any salt on my food, munch on raw carrots, apples and bannanas , and dont generally dont eat after 5pm…

Chocolate remains a problem though…!!

Back when I was drinking a bottle of Beam and Coke in 2 hrs all I saw was a Crows cheerleader… for years. She was not bad on the eye until she had to move OS pursuing her dancing career. I said bye I’m not going

Yes it depends what you do as well while working all day. See I have to use salt as you dehydrate in hot weather and drink 15ltrs of water in 8 hours and working in hot shearing sheds you can and I have cramp up occassionaly. You got to drop salt quick and fixes it in 20mins. Why the ADF soldiers are issued salt tabs to drop and quickly fix it too as it happens when they on a long march. Extremely painful. Tomatoe with salt on is another quick fix. Spoke to shearing contractor about it one day and he does the exact same thing.

Chocolate, yea a little bit but not too much. Kinda need my teeth

Agreed 100%

Working farms and livestock yards in 50-70⁰ heat, drinking 15 litres of water/electrolytes each day, still suffered bad muscle cramps at night when trying to sleep.

Doctors orders were to eat MORE salt, especially because modern dietary habits have hammered into people to reduce their salt intake… but like you said @Maiphut , it all comes down to the individual person, their work and dietary habits as to finding the right balance to suit :ok_hand:

I know what it is. Rural Docs don’t rely on those and that’s what I get.

I bet that needs internet and maybe GPS which does not always work where I frequent. That’s why I don’t use such things as you get nothing or it’ll fall off in a shearing shed in a pile of sheep shit never to be seen again. I’ve seen many $1500 iPhone whatever week it is dissappear. Why I don’t have one of those too. Get bailed up and shipped to China

Wondering what heck Sendle is doing with my stuff.

I got one delivered from Aramex. Brand new Landcruiser ute rolled up hour ago.

An upgrade from a cross continental walk.

Just got a refund from Aliexpress for a purchase that the seller claimed was in transit and would not refund. The package sat in “linehaul office” at the airport for a couple of months and didn’t even move to customs clearance. Another seller gaming the Aliexpress owned shipping service

Hmm seems a fair bit of similar going on. Couldn’t get my refund through AliExpress as they had deleted the seller(likely fraudulent do not know as Alix won’t reply to my inquiries). Had to do option b and got instant refund.

Annoying though.

The only one I’m concerned about is that FMS Glacier I purchased, the most expensive of the whole bunch too.

Been over a week and still no shipping information or tracking number raised yet

If I don’t get any updates by next week, will be starting the whole cage rattling thing to find out what’s going on.

Bugger that doesn’t sound good. Should get notification the balls rolling in 24hrs, 48 at least.

the most expensive thing i bought of aliexpress was a resin printer. got rid of it a few years ago. the tech wasn’t mature enough for me and it makes a big ass of a mess.

Yeah that’s the only purchase I’ve ever experienced on AliExpress so far where I’ve had any doubts.

I’ve always trusted eBay 100%, but that last dodgy seller ruined my experiences there, but still can’t complain that got all my money back within 3 days without any issues, so can still feel safe ordering stuff knowing that I can’t go wrong and lose any money :ok_hand:

Never had to deal with ANY disputes on AliExpress, so will wait and see how things pan out with my communications in the next few days.

Mmm I had the problem where AliExpress wouldn’t allow me to claim refund until 10 days had passed then I could.

During that 10 days they claimed they had delivered it which I physically knew they had not. 3 days from China to where I am is a bit of a stretch.

10 days and I went straight on to make my claim but could not. Why as AliExpress had removed the seller completely and I couldn’t even msg Alix about it as it was a closed sale and fine according to them as they marked as delivered.

Luckily I used paypal and put a claim in with them and showed what they asked for and they instantly refunded me.

Just mentioning in case it helps you out.

Cheers for the Information mate :+1:
Believe it or not, the same shit happened with that dodgy eBay seller that I originally purchased 11 different RC Vehicle’s from.

Followed the eBay dispute pathways by contacting the seller first, asking for a response/resolution, getting an automated response back, then finally finding out that the seller was no longer “listed” on eBay! :rage:

I honestly thought that was the end of it and I’d blown my dough when the seller wasn’t even listed anymore… but eBay took on my complaint and refunded me every single cent within a day after accepting my complaint :ok_hand:

Will wait and see how this AliExpress seller comes to the table, but I’m pretty confident that I should be able to get a resolution through PayPal regardless of which way the coin lands

Just watch the bit where you can’t talk or contact the seller for 10 days on Alix.
