And when you can buy more legit ones in hunting stores that also don’t contain anti ballistic or anti fragmentation protection here in Australia without a licence already, what’s the difference and how did those stores get them in the first place?

If you make Laws make sure that your Staff is trained to understand those Laws and apply them to each case across the board, not just make decisions haphazardly depending upon their own personal feelings.
