Cuz the legislation states the plate carrier isnt a prohibited item if it doesnāt have anti ballistic or anti fragmentation protection which the one I ordered doesnāt so it shouldnāt have been a restricted item in my opinion, according to the legislation

For my case, I have ask Aliexpress to refund the items got destroyed by customs and was successful
When trying to file for the refund it wonāt let me, it must be in a transitional period, I have emailed the courier service and requested them to provide details on how to proceed
Perhaps @BME might have some insight on how to proceed contacting border control to appeal the decision or at least find out more info about the whole thing
I applied for a b709b after I noticed it was marked as Restricted, havenāt heard back yet about that or for the spare magazines I applied for, only took a few days to be approved about a month or so ago when applying for other magazines so curious if this restricted item nonsense for a vest that doesnāt classify as a restricted item by their own definition is affecting my ability to be approved for any b709ās I have pending
The worst part is they didnāt send you any correspondence and it just got confiscated/destroyed with no reasons.
