Had full metal everything, metal pump and cage, fed and ejected dummy shells through the shotty, mag was metal, and had baseplate attached, ala movie accurate.

Y’know, with the repaint-o-rama recently,
What I don’t have , is an olive green PR any more.
This could be a cheaper way of tarting a thommy up, and easier to repaint the barrel, shrouds, and stock, to make it screen accurate, and avoid the vas 2 tone.
Also, hours of torture, I mean fun , guaranteed…

Bit of a repaint day.
The first Vas custom pulse rifle kit , is a slightly different colour, to the snow wolf caps…
Original on the left…new snow wolf one, on the right.
It also has a bit of a mark on it…repaint will sort that…
Took the original cover to bunnings, and they colour matched it, and did their $5 small sample pot…into the spray gun…
They did a pretty good job of matching…
Only one coat, the base colour underneath is similar, so thats probably all it needs…
Much better looking, to OCD eyes, than the ‘slightly off’ SW coloured one…

interestingly, the matched colour, is quite close to the HCG brown match

Further proof, the original conversion kit was not made by snow wolf.
Also, the original mag cap, had a different design, was crap and didnt stay, which lead to my search for more end caps.
Which further justifies getting a snow wolf conversion kit, putting a lazy Hanke thompson to work, and getting it all dressed up…
It’ll be fun…sure…
